Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

For those wondering exactly how Funimation could be defamatory, this spells it out. With citations.

According to Vic, Funimation's investigation covered 3 things that are not harassment. The court is required to accept Vic's word at this stage. They said he was fired for harassment. Therefore, they lied.

Vic had already publicly denied any allegations of harassment. This included denying it to Funimation directly. Again, at this stage that means that Funimation lied.

What about Jamie? She has the strongest case, right?

Monica and Jamie made claims against Vic. They also talked to the Kamehacon guy claiming he would be criminally charged. Jamie publicly stated he assaulted her. Defamation per se. Vic publicly denied it all, emailed Monica to deny it, denied it in his deposition and affidavit.

Since only Vic and Monica / Vic and Jamie would know the truth, at this stage of the trial that means Vic wins, and Monica / Jamie are considered to be lying. And they toss in Stan Dahl's affidavit, too.

The fault is nice. Vic denies it, and Hanliea cited a PULL user with a head injury who got her VAs mixed up. Since they based at least some of their claims on that fujoshi dipshit, that means they had a negligent disregard for the truth. Whoops.

Ah, but how does Ty show Malice on the part of Funimation?

The investigation. Vic showed in the investigation there was no abuse or harassment, which had to give Funi pause. But they tweeted anyway. And Funi admits that their investigation didn't find any abuse or harassment. But they tweeted anyway. And MarzGurl, who was signal boosting all this shit, on the very same forum the head injury nutjob made her claims against Vic, pointed out she was wrong.

Which means Funimation either intentionally avoided finding Vic innocent (Because Sabat, Monica, and Marchi would have chimped out on them), or they at least had "serious concerns about the truth of it's statements."

But they tweeted anyway.

Malice, bitch.

Decent filing. Mostly just stuff I've seen before. Huber's affidavit seems pretty strong. I like it. Ty used the information already on the table. If I had to guess, he's trying not to show his hand on this one.

Wake me up when September ends. Things are gonna get spicy. And I'm not talking about the tornado of pumpkin spice that happens every October.

Other than the Funimation Malice, the other one I was interested in is how BHBH would make the case for Vicarious Liablity. Well.

Monica emailed Funi with the understanding that Funi had control over her social media -- and since she's living with Ron, his too. Jamie claims she's a contractor but whoops, that's a legal conclusion and is auto-struck.

But most importantly Funimation has NEVER come out and said that MoRonica and the VA squad don't speak for them. Which means that MoRonica and Jamie had insider information and the authority to speak about it publicly. Which means they were speaking on behalf of Funimation. Which means Funimation is fucked.

All this because they were too scared to tell their Woke dipshits to shut the fuck up. At least, not until audio of them making gay orgies in character of their biggest and most important licensed property came to light. They seem to have had no problem telling them to shut the fuck up then.

We now know who the kisser is.

From page 1901 of the main thread:

Final edit: This timeline should speak for itself.

So yeah. Cute new girl made out with Vic, and that drove Sabat and his clique absolutely fucking BUGFUCK nuts.

Also, Chuck's affidavit is notarized... yesterday. He must have really been worried about coming forward.

In fact, he says that Sabat is going to ruin his life for it.

Also, apparently Gen Fukanaga protected Sabat because he bought the koolaid about the TCPA.

Is there any link to Funimation's answer? Which Nick Rekieta showed for a moment in his last show, but didn't read it.

Apparently this is the TCPA response

1200 pages!! He actually did it! The absolute madman!
Damn, looks like all the archiving has been put to good use.
No wonder he had trouble uploading that. 1200 fucking pages. Full color pictures. Citations on Funimation's website showing just how pervy they are.

This is hilarious.
Damn, 1188 pages! Got some hefty reading before bed tonight.
