Operation Chris Eater commences

Didn't Chris say Barb had survived breast cancer? Could that have to do with the weight loss? I'm a little vague on whether or not the breast cancer was recent or if Chris was bringing up something from a long time ago.
There's never been any proof that Barb had breast cancer beyond what Chris has claimed.

The safe bet is that Barb had been sick at some point and had to go to the hospital. From there either Chris jumped to the conclusion that Barb had cancer or that Barb has exaggerated her illness (in order to guilt and manipulate) and Chris is just parroting what she's said.

If she had diabetes or anything like that Chris would beg everyone on Facebook for money to "treat his mother" (and by "treating his mother" I of course mean buying legos).

There's a medicine that makes you pee a lot and at the same time kill your appetite allowing you to lose weight without eating healthy or exercising. I think it's more likely Barb is taking that or a similar supplement.

As a nurse (male nurse, or murse) who works in Oncology, often times rapid weight loss in someone of her age is unfortunately related to cancer. I would not discount this hypothesis..

It's at the far end of the Charlottesville Downtown Mall (the place where he filmed the "Parkay" video). I currently live in Charlottesville, so I periodically head over there if I'm at the mall, and there usually are a few hundred chairs set up with a few tables, but no people hanging around unless there's actually a show going on (either the free Fridays after Five local acts or the big-name acts that sometimes come and play). I've been to only one Fridays after Five event, and it wasn't that crowded, people just kind of came and went since you didn't need a ticket or anything. I'd say there were maybe a few hundred people there, and people sometimes spill out into the far end of the mall or the side street. I'm sure that the big-name acts (that require paid tickets) attract bigger crowds. Also, the chalkboard that Chris used to draw Sonichu stuff on (and the Tomgirl symbol) is pretty close to the concert area.

Chris did visit Monticello in his "hiking" video, and I'm guessing that he has walked the UVA grounds because he mentioned it in the Ivy video (and he's also been to Alderman library at UVA). Don't know about the other stuff though.

I know it's a bit late but..you live in charlottesville? May god have mercy on your poor poor soul. I'm so so sorry

Thanks for the analysis, Classic. So now that we have confirmed that Barb has cancer, what happens to Chris after she dies?

Totally joking; I just couldn't help myself.

So. Let's plan the April 2nd met up. Who's going and who wants to share a room?

I'm a short drive away. I may swing by. Do you think Jace's mom will let me borrow her car?

I hate to be morbid, but rapid weight loss in the elderly is usually not a good sign. There's no magic supplement that turns you from snorlax to what we;ve seen today.
Barb's been fairly skinny for a few years due to untreated colitis.. She was quite thin in the photo taken when they went to the live Mythbusters show in DC, and Cyan and Indigo reported her as being thin and not large at all during the trial. It's actually not a recent development.

Oh man, I really worded my last post poorly.

When I meant it "makes you pee a lot," I meant the medicine dehydrates your body by making you urinate constantly. Since the water is taken out of the body, it causes weight loss.
Also the "loss of appetite" effect is actually a side-effect that makes the person who takes this supplement feel so sick, it doesn't make them want to eat.

My friend's grandmother used this medicine and, yeah, she lost weight.

But now I'm thinking maybe Barb just cut carbs from her diet
