I'm not a lawyer, nor am I really that invested in who wins. But I know not to get rial up(Hah) about a case, where the only info I am hearing is Second hand info from someone who was having trouble hearing and understanding everything.

Well, and until it's thrown out, win is very much a possibility (I think the fact that judge didn't do it outright is a good sign, since he threw away the rest so unceremoniously).
You also have to consider that Vic didn't have to pay for this (his fans did), unlike the defendants. I seriously doubt they'll be able to make plaintiff pay their attorney fees.
Besides, it all has started with Vic's reputation being utterly destroyed. He dragged these cunts through the mud for that, as a result a lot of nasty stuff about defendants became known.

Vic is certainly in a better place now than before this lawsuit, so to me that's a win. Unless things go horribly wrong, it will stay that way.

I didn't even think of that. Irregardless how it turns out, at the very least Monica and her little cabal get to learn who their real friends are just like Vic did, in a painful backstabbing way. None of these people actually like each other, it's a Mexican standoff but instead of guns they all have dirt on each other.

Calling it now, Jamie is gonna bolt from the rest of the crew still on the hook. She doesn't seem to have any sense of loyalty out of friendship, more like out of shared hatred for Vic and those types of relationships never stand up to adversity.

Can someone make a list of what specific charges might still get through and to who? I know Marchi's out, but what charges might still get through to the others?

Ty still has appeals. Unless he dismissed Marchi's stuff with prejudice, she's not out of the woods yet. Everyone forgets about appeals. Defense has to stop their bullshit shenanigans first. Give them something to shut them the fuck up, then the appeals start. Then the fuck-ups can be corrected. Sworn affidavits can be submitted, rather than just declarations.

Also, do not forget, this case isn't just being fought in a court of law. It's also being fought in the court of public opinion. So, the ISWV people need to quit being whiny cunts, and do what they do best, make shit go viral. Keep spreading the Funi audio leaks. Keep spreading the declarations from Slatosh, Huber, and Dahlin. Keep talking about Sabat's casting couch. Keep talking about Toye's history of domestic violence. Even if the whole case is thrown out, the battle isn't won or lost in that Tarrant County courthouse. The true battlefield is online and at conventions.
