@catharicshithead -- I just want to make clear that we purchased nothing from anyone, nor did I actively pursue this. GamerGate is not my scene. I don't playeth the vidya. I was approached, and I only gave it the time of day because I felt there was tangible evidence worth exploring which suggested a man struggling with obvious mental health issues was sentenced to death, publicly, on shoddy (at best) allegations.

And yes, I covered Yaniv front to back as well. Anything that was worth covering, and had enough verifiable evidence attached, I wrote on. Note that closely. If anything else came out that I did not cover, there is likely a reason.

While TPM does not have the funding and prestige of major outlets (I DO NOT make bank, folks), we have integrity, and we try to cover stories that matter to the people who generally get their concerns snubbed by the bluechecks.

That's why I wasn't shy about crediting KF when I did notice some of the info on Yaniv came from here, or coming here when I had to address something. It's also why any of you are always welcome to slip into my DMs if you feel something needs to be looked into.

So, project 365 is a bust. I broke my toe and ran out of stuff in my house to take pictures of while I slowly go insane. I kept ending up with a bunch of shitty snapshots that I'd rather not clog my hard drive up with anyway, so instead of trying to get a photo a day in, I'm gonna hold myself to doing it as much as possible. Which has been working nicely anyway, and ultimately has accomplished what I hoped the project would accomplish just the same.

Also, it's kinda dorky, but if you like pokemon at all you might wanna check out my new blog entry over at my website: www.zoequinn.com/blog/?p=83 . We tried to destroy a pokemon cart using all the elements in the game, including FIRE, and it still didn't work. Nintendium should be added to the periodic table of elements because good lord.
