Remember, by Croatian law, defamation requires an injury done by a breach of a duty while a duty was present.

Sadly, I doubt he reads anything unless it was written by Fschmidt. His knowledge of law is about as shotty as his knowledge of Geography.

It's article 200.
(1) Whoever, in relation to another, asserts or disseminates a falsehood which damages his/her honor or reputation shall be punished by a fine of up to one hundred and fifty daily incomes or by imprisonment not exceeding six months.
(2) Whoever, in relation to another, asserts or disseminates falsehood, which damages his/her honor or reputation through the press, radio, television, in front of a number of persons, at a public assembly, or in another way in which the defamation becomes accessible to a large number of persons shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment not exceeding one year.
(3) If the defendant proves the truth of his/her allegation or the existence of reasonable grounds for belief in the veracity of the matter he/she has asserted or disseminated, he/she shall not be punished for defamation, but may be punished for insult. or for reproaching someone for a criminal offense.

So again, it has to damage your reputation in some way. You also have to prove it's false. And, as you've said, this stuff is SO wrong that no one would even know it's you anyway.
