Hahahah hehehehehe. YOU'RE the one making a complete moron out of yourself.
Saying this site would be illegal in your country when it's not.
Croatian law would not deem this as illegal.
"During the accession of Croatia into the European Union, the legal system was almost completely partnered with European Union Law." Direct quote from my International Law textbook.
Another one: "Historically it has been influenced by Austrian law, as the institutional framework was built on the base of Austrian institutions. Significant historical influences were also those of the laws of and Hungary and Yugoslavia"
Note to Holden: all these listed above countries have tort law; and all require harm done via defamation.
"Croatia belongs to the civil law legal system"

So, again, what crimes, via Croatian law, have been committed on these forums?
Remember, by Croatian law, defamation requires an injury done by a breach of a duty while a duty was present.
Sadly, I doubt he reads anything unless it was written by Fschmidt. His knowledge of law is about as shotty as his knowledge of Geography.
