I've discussed this before but despite Chinese normalfags not being into SW and that it also is far from being a cultural phenomenon over there, there is in fact a fanbase for it over there but they're the Chinese equivalent of D&D nerds, Warhammer goons and Trekkies (before the JJ reboot) in that its not completely mainstream and everyone else sees the fans as nerds, but if you want an actual foothold in China, you should be trying to see what these fuckers want and give it to them which will make them inclined to tell others how good the product they like is, much like how comic nerds basically gave free advertisement for capeshit films because it was something that catered to them while also allowing non-fans to embrace it because it was something new. When you made TFA, it had nothing these fans wanted in an SW film and so they had no inclination to see it or share it with anyone (fyi they wanted a Thrawn Trilogy film instead of a knockoff of the first film), and Chinese normalfags weren't interested because the movie was made solely to pander to nostalgiafags, which has zero effect on them because there is no nostalgia value or "sweet family memories of watching SW with mom and dad" over there, and without that they see TFA for what it is, a hollow film that can't stand on its own. TFA would've probably done better in China if it had been a full blown remake/reboot rather than a film that relies heavily on its status as a soft reboot in the guise of a sequel. But none of this matters since Disney is too far up its own ass to see what's right in front of them or do some proper market research....good freaking god Disney. What is wrong with you?

This is the second time they've banned trooper costumes but last time it was at an event, now it's a larger scale appeal for Halloween and future festivities. Nu-Wars just cannot catch a break.

What questions? I can't think of any lingering questions I had after Lucas went into autistic detail about every last thing in the prequels. There weren't any unsolved mysteries from the first six films. The only unanswered questions have arisen from a complete lack of background and exposition in VII and VIII.
