At this point, Lemoine is basically throwing shit at Chupp, and hoping something will stick.
He filled a motion to dismiss the notice of appeal on the basis that the sanctions and fees haven't been ruled yet, but I bet you all that if BHBH filled that motion anytime later, he would fill a motion to dismiss on the basis that the notice of appeal wouldn't be timely.
Heck we could even witness Chupp dismissing the motion to appeal, BHBH refill that same motion after the sanctions and fees are ruled, and Lemoine still fill another motion to dismiss for not being timely.

I agree. It's not as simple as it looks. Vic has become such a persona non grata in the anime world (and wrongfully, IMO) that people so much as tagging him would be regarded with great suspicion. It doesn't help that Funimation is clearly a den of snakes where one false move could get you into trouble. That's why as much as I would love for many VA's to stand up for Vic, I don't blame them for trying to keep quiet. Kaelan Faire, for example, was harassed by a few people online because she chose to work with Vic. Because she's working with a guy that several VA's hate.

But they're not really keeping "quiet". Some of these people are actually sending info to Nick and Ty about what's been going on in FuniLand. They're just doing it anonymously. So even thought they're being quiet, they're not actually being "quiet", if that makes sense.

I think this is a perfectly great request. If she has no problem abusing her job for agendas then truly make lives better. Who loses? Why would she hate the ultimate virtue signal? Stupid bitch, lol.

You could tell she's "stunning and brave" because she talks a big game, but can't walk her fat ass.

Found some hits for "hanachan@gmail" on Mothering.com. Uses the name "Jen," but: Has Monica ever lived in San Rafael? And would she have had a 2.5 year old kid in 2008? (or 10month old in 2007?) Starting to doubt this lead.
