And who rage quits a game like DQB2? Especially because "the game is too long and it makes my dinner get cold"?

All he had to do was put the PS4 on standby mode or whatever it is and just continue it next session. Then just switch games. It's not that hard.

Sadly, state of the home doesn't effect the price. Stuff like remodeling and such will basically shorten how long it's on the market before it's purchased, but other than that it doesn't change the price much.

This is entirely false. No one is paying asking price for an outdated house with mold and damage.

Who the hell gets to the final boss or final boss section of a game, and not only ragequits (because it's "too long") but then doesn't even finish the game off the next time? Even if I give him a pass for WWE2K20 since it's probably the first game he genuinely enjoys since FF4, why not finish it tonight and then play Outer Works? He's going to finish the game Saturday?

Edit: I just realized something (because I'm slow to make connections). DSP, a 37-year-old man, eats dinner at 4 PM? That might make sense if he worked a schedule where he had to go to bed at 8 pm to wake up at 4 am, but we've seen from his tweets he goes to bed around 2-3 AM. So he eats dinner 11 hours before bedtime?

Also, holy shit, his dinner was interrupted because "the game had bad pacing" so he rages that the developers don't know how to pace a game? I admit that the subtitles were a bit slow for my liking, but DSP was pissed off that he couldn't just rush to the final boss.

The subtitles were atrociously slow. For an impatient man(baby) like Dave, it was an eternity.

I enjoy that because he was so impatient and in so much of a hurry that he rage quit before he could save and now he has to do the entire section all over again.

He couldn't just pause the game and then come back and finish it on the night stream because "it wasn't on the schedule." Nor could he just go eat dinner and then come right back. Instead, he had a 45 minute talk with his parents (what the hell could they possibly talk about for that long?) and then watched Kat fall asleep due to boredom. No thoughts of starting the night stream early and getting some more hours in, oh no. That would be disrespectful to his audience because he has a schedule. Even though he started his night stream 30 minutes late anyway.

DSP could sell his condo and pay it off AND pay off the condo in CT and walk away with upwards of $100K left over. Refuses because it's too much work and it's a status symbol.

So out of the 31 units in the complex, 5 have sold for in excess of $350K since he moved there and the 2 have sold for $320K or more.

Can Phil afford to pay off both condos AND enough debt to be able to mortgage a new house?

If not, he'd still end up homeless by selling both places off.

He really needs to declare bankruptcy and alleviate his debts, which would let him keep the current condo anyways.

Google Maps imagery from September 2018 at their address. Sikorsky has owned HSI, Inc. since the late 90s. I called their phone number just out of curiosity, the voicemail recording said HSI, a Sikorsky Company.

I'm not 100% on the Skiorsky lore because I honestly don't really care. What I remember from my research is they got bought out by Lockheed. Their corporate HQ is still there in Connecticut. They closed down the factory where Phil worked because they built a new factory in Florida that was less expensive to run.

Skiorsky 100% did not go out of business because it was run by incompetent bosses. If Phil really wanted to he could have moved to Florida and kept his job. Leanna even wanted to live in Florida.

Which is hilarious because he always talks about "I have to take a day off; I have appointments and errands!" But apparently Kat is too incompetent (or maybe just refuses to) go grocery shopping on the way to or from work. And apparently these appointments take so much out of him that he can't even do a 7 pm chill night stream when his house is on the line. Last week he complained that he was having sharp pains in his legs from walking all day.

I used to think this too, but this has changed over the past year or two. Now he WILL explicitly tell straight up lies but with some mealy-mouthed justification about it.
