Okami is getting a sequel apparently

No mention of the GOG release of it.
If possible I'd hope there would be an optional download for the original janky version, but then GOG nuked the original Neverwinter Nights after the "Enhanced" Edition was released disregard, they include it with the purchase of the "Enhanced" Edition.

The main jank of the original SR2 is that it can't run well on any PC hardware, try running it on the latest and greatest and it will still stutter and run like shit.

You know what would be great? A Master Hand amiibo that's just a white glove.

Volition, the creators of the Saints Row series have found Saint's Row 2's source code. They plan on patching and fixing various issues with the steam release. No mention of the GOG release of it.

Thank fucking Christ. I guess that's why SR2 didn't get a rerelease on 8th gen systems, either.

Well, I hope they bring along the DLC from the 360 version, I never played that

Mount your friends isn't a gay game, what the fuck. Also as expected, the majority is dating sims. Amazing variety and diversity.

And fuck that ugly rainbow flag with the brown and black.

Picked up WWE 2k20 the other day. Despite the issues I've been seeing people talk about online I haven't had many issues with it. It is a bit jankier than last year's game though.

So we're just going to forget about Okamiden, huh?

I've been watching a lot of Team Fortress 2 and Chess videos lately. Not sure why as I don't really play either but I find them interesting. been wanting to try TF2 but there's so much there now I'm not sure it's worth it at this point.

Outlast 2 and Nioh are going to be November's PlayStation Plus free titles.

I'm pretty stoked because I've been wanting to play Nioh and this means a whole bunch of people who otherwise wouldn't are going to be playing Outlast, which makes for great entertainment. I'm weak for all that "stealth, stealth, stealth, CHASE!!!" bullshit.

tf2 has a pretty steady influx of new players that join and then quit soon after as they lack any sort of game knowledge or willingness to fucking read. It's still a common issue to come across idiots that still attempt to use the rocket jumper (A weapon that states twice in its description that it does no damage) as a weapon.

I'd recommend reading this guide and taking notes both reading it and every time you die as to learn, tf2 requires a lot of game knowledge so its important to take notes when someone blows your head off. If you don't mind spending a bit of money get a Key or two, using backpack.tf to trade them for metal, and then use scrap.tf to get more or less every weapon in the game (note that a weapon is half a scrap, 3 scrap = 1 reclaimed, 3 reclaimed = 1 refined, current key prices are about 51 refined so one key is 918 weapons). Buy a hat as well but use backpack for price checks if you really care about not getting a shitty deal and budgeting.

Game wiki, which you should read when you're not sure on something, is right here. Just remember, don't take a healthkit from your medic, and if you see a heavy crouching down holding a sandvich, don't kill him, he's likely to give you a sandvich (which is a medium health kit, worth 50% of your total HP), if you crouch as well as call for medic.

Often and with enthusiasm by the tall lady with the pickaxe. One death animation has it come through your chest, the other she knocks you down and gives you abrubt SRS in lovingly detailed first person.

Her chase theme is way the fuck scarier than Chris Walker's from the first game, too. I spent some time last winter trying to get the Messiah trophy and there's a section in the first hour of the game where you have to push a wagon up to a fence while she hunts you that never stopped making me tense no matter how many times I did it.

Red Barrels just posted this teaser on Twitter for Halloween today and I'm stoked.

Something I've wondered for a while: Are there any games on Steam that are just straight-up ROMs with built-in emulators, other than DOSBOX? Like, I know Battle.net does that, they distributed Rock 'n' Roll Racing with ZSNES, but that's a free extra on there. But are there any games actually sold on Steam that you could just pluck the rom out of and run in whatever emulator? Or do they have rules against that?

I doubt it, besides the DOS games you mentioned like BLOOD etc. Maybe GOG does it?
