A lot of the stuff he's done is so spectacularly stupid it's like he desperately wants to fail, including the "Heil Trump" moment that first put him in the spotlight. It seems a little too perfectly gift wrapped for the left wing media, but that could also come down to him being extremely retarded. His tankie LGBT-loving girlfriend on the other hand is far harder to dismiss as mere stupidity when it comes to judging how real his commitment to his autistic ideology is.Has there been discussion on why we believe Spenny is a fed?
My take is that a person in his position should be so invested in his politics that "thinking the right way" should be the first factor used to screen in or out personal relationships, yet he maintains a liberal girlfriend/beard and claims he doesn't need his partner to be political
I think people who accuse Spencer of being a fed don't realize the wider implications of that statement. I'm not saying that he is or isn't a Fed, but if he is a Fed that means this whole "Alt-Right" thing was a government op all along.
People now like to downplay his role in the formation of the Alt-Right, largely because they fell into it in 2015 or 2016. Spencer at least planted the seedling of the concept which acted as an meeting point for various outsider intellectual movements that were active in the earlier part of the decade. It's quite possible without Spencer pushing this meme of an "Alt-Right" the various then-factions of White Nationalist, Libertarians, Men's Rights/Issue types, and Neo-Reactionaries would just be doing their own thing largely unrelated to each other.
Why glow-in-the-darks would try to manufacture an united right-wing front leads to more speculation that is just rooted in speculation about Spencer to begin with.
I'm going to add more speculation to the Spencer-Speculation soup. Perhaps its not the goverment he is working on behalf of, but a NGO of sorts, if you catch my drift.
Well Chris Cantwell admitted to being an informant, which just means he gave over information. That in my mind doesn't make him a Fed, especially since he probably wasn't paid like Hal Turner was (as far as we know). Makes him a lot of things, but not a Fed in and of itself.Much like the Cryin' Chris, there is the crucial question about when a person becomes a fed. How much of his nonsense was sincere, and how much is honeypot?

He claims it was to help the government go after Antifa, but it is highly believed that at the very least the materials he provided got a Right-wing group called "The Rise Above Movement" aka "RAM" arrested. It is also speculated that Cantwell's real impetuous was to get charges against him from Charlottesville lowered and dropped.
A Fed, glow-in-the-dark, agent, or whatever you want to call it in my mind is someone who is a fulltime, employed government official, sent into movements with the specific purpose of infiltration for various reasons (collect info, do busts, control opposition ect).
I think when people accuse Spencer of being a Fed, they mean a full fledged agent, and not just a mere snitch.
no honey, i'm pretty sure it is.2. Insisting on a fact doesn't make it true.
Maybe he's another pedo who was snagged in Jeffrey Epstein's child rape intelligence network web.Cantwell most likely got paid in sweet, delicious freedom
I mean fed in the collaborator and informer sense re: Spenny. I think he started off sincere and was brought under control through some leverage at some point after the meme war gained traction
you're weirder than spencer himself.no honey, i'm pretty sure it is.
Goddamn I've chapped your ass.no honey, i'm pretty sure it is.
The moment Sargon lost was when Spencer said "You're not as intelligent as you think you are"Yes and no. Spencer had an argument... of sorts.
He was basically aruging that a nation-state is (or ought to be) defined and united by racial indentity, while castigating the "traditional right" as "race traitors" for rejecting the identity politics espoused by the modern left. He's got a big beef with classical liberalism, and made that clear right of the gate.
I never said it was a GOOD argument (and it certainly didn't resonate with me). Only that he had one. He at least adhered to the cardinal rule of a gunfight (bring a gun).
Contrast this with Sargon, whose idea of debating is a total misunderstanding of the Socratic Method. He obnoxiously answers every question with a question. Which he thinks makes him look deep and intelligent (but is actually just a display of pretentious sophistry that everybody, to include Richard, saw through). That's how we ended up with the infamous "What IS white, Richard?"
The two could have been debating whether Pineapple is an appropriate pizza topping. Spencer would perhaps opine that Pineapple on pizza it is degenerate Jewish plot.
Now that DOES sound like the height of idiocy, UNTIL you realize that Sargon's rebuttle is to just repeatedly interrogate Richard over "whether mankind could truly ever define what a Pizza topping is."
See my point?
Except the IoM isn't racist. They hate literal, actual aliens and mutants with three heads, but if you're human, that's where the questions stop. The moment Sargon lost was when Spencer said "You're not as intelligent as you think you are"
The moment Spencer lost was when Sargon asked "what is White?"
Listening to him drone on about "Spiritual Whiteness" was pretty entertaining. Millenial Woes asking "is Laurence Fishburne White?" Was the cherry on top. Spencer could have just said "genetic descendents of primarily Indo-European and Native European speaking groups who were raised in the customs of those particular groups" or something to that effect. That gives a fairly broad yet concrete answer. Of course, that means Spencer would have to give a solid answer.
EDIT : Removed irrelevant quotes
Spencer's ideology is just WH40K Imperium of Man fantasy. "We must unite our people because we must conquer space" is his motto.
It's very easy to change the definition of "human" and "alien" in far right circles to "Whites" and "Non-Whites". I don't care about silly tabletop fantasy worlds; the analogy is pretty clear and that same mindset is deeply embedded in Spencers ideology. "If only we didn't have these damn Xenos harrassing us and holding us back from controlling the universe"Except the IoM isn't racist. But this isn't boxing. This is debate. Unlike boxing, there is a chance that no one comes out a winner in a debate, just the one who lost the least. Spencer certainly didn't "lose" as badly as Sargon did, but he sure as shit lost his mind.Spenny may have made a hilarious misstep that spiritually amused everyone, but there is objectively no way to say that anyone other than Carl "I Wouldn't Even Rape You" Benjamin lost that debate.
To put it in boxing terms, Sargon landed a solid shot to the shoulder scoring some points in round 5 or 6, but he still spent the remaining 9 rounds with his gloves down getting his face rearranged

If he was smart he would've said something along the lines of: 'The same definition of' white' the Left uses to lump us all together and demonize us with. Everyone knows what 'white' means, so why do you even ask?' But that would've required him to have some critical thought and not engage in the batshit quest of trying to strictly define a' white race' that all white Nationalist advocates have fallen for. I'd have some respect for them if they just said: 'the genetics aren't as relevant as the fact that we're viewed as a monolithic group irregardless, so we might as well start acting as one since everyone else already has in this idpol society and we're getting short-changed.' That'd be more honest than larping as le mustard race through haplomemery and the like. The moment Spencer lost was when Sargon asked "what is White?"

Hence why I said identitarianism deserves its own axis at this point. While most of the world are heavily cultural and some extremely racial, the rise of identitarianism politics is fairly recent. I'm not saying identiautism never exist, it's just that the webs bring people closer and force people to be exposed to a wider variety ofAutism
Nah, that makes you delusional and stupid.so thinking Singapore, hong kong, and Korea are superior makes me a weeb?
The guy straight up said he was an authoritarian. I mean that alone should’ve given people red flags. His mind was already lost. Anyone that ever listened to Richard speak could tell he fantasized about being some sort of all powerful dictator.
