Megathread Non-binary genders / Enbies - When Male and Female Aren't Special Enough

I’m pretty sure there was a study showing these kind of people are generally always well off white males, correct if I’m wrong.
The male part sounds weird to me considering that the majority of gender-specials I've encountered were female. I think you might be confusing gender-specialism with autogynephilia/transvestic fetishism which is disproportionality experienced amongst white men. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2894986/

Right-wing tranny youtuber Rose of Dawn posted a video where she talks about the effects she sees NBs have had on her personal experience as a trans woman. It's from minute 3 to 7, then the subject changes. Not sure what the Farms average opinion of her is, but she seems less cowish than Blaire at least. I agree with a lot of her points personally and was wondering what everyone else's take was.

The summary for those who don't want to watch the video or can't stand her voice.

Pronoun circles are stupid and demeaning to legitimate trannies.

If you don't put effort in your transition, you don't deserve to have your pronouns used and saying that those people are entitled to those pronouns is demeaning to legitimate trannies who have put the effort in.

Transwomen and transmen can't say their opinions anymore from a trans stance without NBs raining down on them.

NBs have usurped legitimate transmen and transwomen from their own movement, proclaiming themselves as bigger victims at the expense of the trannies.

The stance taken by NBs is contradictory to the stance taken by trans people for decades in saying that being trans is a choice, it's not mental illness.

NBs war on gender roles is detrimental to trans people who rely on gender roles to pass.

NBs now have more control of the trans narrative than pre-existing trans people.

Apparently there's also a huge backlash from NB groups on social media going on right now. I'll see if I can find anything worth sharing.

A right wing tranny is still a tranny, and should be treated as such.

(Sorry if late but) Contrapoints deleted her twitter after being dogpiled by genderspecials. They took offense at her statement that she doesn't want to be referred as "they/them" because she put effort to be seen as a binary woman. It's a big case of "transmen/transwomen can't speak for the NB experience!" and then crying "why aren't transmen/transwomen speaking for us?!?"

I honestly don’t believe that Nyk/Contra had much of a legitimate reason to delete twitter other than seeking attention. It wasn’t even that bad of a dogpile, there were plenty of people running defense

Would be fucking nuts if this was the same guy, yeah.
Edit: went digging for more pictures on the server

These people apparently use she/her.

View attachment 907953
Obvious female uses they/them exclusively

View attachment 907977
Obvious male who uses she/her in addition to he/him

Pretty sure this person’s female but apparently uses he/him...???
(Actually, she look like the girl from Queer Kids Stuff)

I’ve got nothing.

Pink shirt is definitely biologically female. I think a lot of folks just aren't used to seeing women without makeup these days (thanks, instagram). I'm old as fuck and I've noticed more teenagers wear "natural" makeup more frequently today than they did in the early 2000s. Like, people still wore makeup, but the goths and emo kids made that shit obvious.

Also, I found where pin-shirt found their axolotl pins: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/meganbaehr/axolotl-pride-hard-enamel-lapel-pins/comments
The salamanders tell me pinshirt is asexual and genderfluid.

"I will support your gender identity or lack thereof."

That's nice!

"I will also support you if you believe you were a dragon in a past life."

Uh...okay, I guess--

"I will not support adult strangers having the kind of sex they like. It didn't work out for me, so it shouldn't work out for anyone."

There's a lot I don't understand about this brand of snowflake, but what baffles me the most is "somedays I feel like x, others I feel like y." Do these retards take a moment EVERY SINGLE MORNING after they wake up to decide what they're going to identify themselves as? Like, the way a normal person would decide what to wear or what to eat for breakfast?

These people basically conflate their clothing choices of the day with what gender they feel like "performing as" at the time, so there really is no meaningful difference.

Nevermind that this undermines an actually positive result of feminism (that it's OK for a woman to not be 100% feminine 24/7) and replaces it with "If you dress like an imagined genderspecial stereotype you BECOME that gender! Make up your own gender *~aesthetics~* and earn clout among your peers!"

I know an NB "Genderfluid" person and she's honestly just a dyke looking girl (but actually straight and identifies as "PAN")
She was always rebelling at her mom's extreme views of womanhood, and I believe that's what lead to this.
Also anime. I got her into Ouran when we were kids (involves a crossdressing girl) and it went from there

Anime creates the deviant.

Most of the NB people I've met are pretty chill. I don't really think that NB genders are a real thing, but I'll respect them as individuals nonetheless. At their worst, they're annoying to be around, because a lot of them have extremist political views. But I can deal with that.

They think that mood and gender presentation are the same thing as gender identity. Plus, cycling through different genders each day makes you more ~*unique*~ instead of being a Boring Old Cis Person.

Most NBs follow that stereotype to a T: female, probably looks like a lesbian, identifies as pansexual for more brownie points, and has deep-rooted issues with femininity. Instead of addressing their issues with being a woman, it's far simpler to stop calling themselves women altogether. I think that's the reasoning behind the phenomenon.

It's kind of disturbing how quickly this bullshit has managed to spread into the mainstream--the other day there was a post going around about how academia now accepts gender neutral pronouns, or something among those lines. Sure, it may seem like small fries at the moment, but we let LGBT into the mainstream and now pedos are using it to validate themselves and garner sympathy. In 20 years time, hell, the state might start endorsing bunself prounoun-ed hippies to avoid the hassle of being called bigots.

Academia has been fucked for quite awhile, my dude.
