I can totally understand hating brushing teeth or eating vegetables if the person's a literal kid. But somebody in their early 20s? How does one not grow out of that mindset?

Hell, I understand an adult hating that stuff, but an adult should have enough brain cells to not say it publicly. Big part if growing up is learning to deal with doing stuff you don’t like that much because it’s good for you. Also it’s pretty annoying when people complain about stuff they can easily choose to do or not do. Taxes, bills and traffic aren’t fun but aren’t really in your control but dental hygiene is. You can deal with brushing teeth or larger risk cavities and other dental complications, one hundred percent your choice. With vegetables one has even more control, like what plans to eat, how are they cooked, with meat or on their own and so on.

Sorry if I'm late and someone else already pointed this out (I'm nowhere near a quarter through this thread yet), but I always thought the weird drunken Rudolph red noses and perma blushing was a failed attempt at capturing facial color zones. Someone or something they usually copy and mimic might have used this at some point and the herd stuck with it without even knowing the logic behind it.

The anatomy of those Scooby Doo ones makes my eyes bleed. :cryblood: As for the Luffy picture in particular, I always like how Eiichiro Oda can make such elaborate and crazy shapes with the faces of his characters and it works. But when these 'artists' attempt it, they just create terrifying abominations. If it wasn't for the mouth, the Luffy would be an okay piece of fanart (I don't see his skin as being too overly darked up, more badly sunburnt or something).
