As several posters from ResetEra even pointed out, they can both have sex and feel sexual attraction while being asexual. So it literally means fuck all. More generally, it just means that they want free oppression and think everyone else is a slut, or they're an incel who wants to pretend it's voluntary.

And all this over a crazy person getting banned (transphobia during trans awareness week!) over unproven allegations of acephobia (which oppresses troons ... somehow!) and a post from two years ago that says that asexuals aren't as oppressed as the LGBT community (which, even though it says that troons are more oppressed, still oppresses them, somehow!).

It's classic how Ketkat has every reason to be lying about pretty much everything they've said, and yet they are treated as the returning Christ because of troondom. About the only thing they're not likely to be lying about is that they saw some stuff in the Discords that could get people in trouble, but I can guarantee that every sane person would go, '... That's it?' should it be revealed. The USA average homicide rate for everyone is about 5.3 per 1000,000. Nearly double that of the "most vulnerable" trans subset.

The trans community is literally twice as safe from being murdered than their fellow citizens.

(I'm a little skeptical about the trans identifying numbers, and whether their homicide classifications match what the FBI data uses, but whatever. It's not worth debunking since their own numbers make the angst look silly.)
