Well then, I'm at a loss on this, looks like Griftsby might have a SHRED of journalistic integrity after all. I'm cautious, but still it might show just how much meeting Vic in person really changes ones perspective.

Holy shit, I was kidding when I was talking about his full power being released with normal pants! That or Griftsby saw Vic, heard him talk and thought "Wait, THIS is who they are talking about?"

I guess she no longer gets to be called Griftsby. Either that or she saw Lemoine get hilariously bitch slapped into the stratosphere and decided to back off.

I bet he's seething right now because that was supposed to be his shining moment. His glorious war stories.

Well, Vic has the power to melt a kiwi's stone-cold heart. What's to say he can't sway a gullible idiot like Griftsby?

Look at that. An actual victim of physical abuse called the cops and got the guy arrested with a criminal investigation underway. And how does the anime community respond? By sitting on their hands. What a joke.

It is amazing at how the anime VA community is like a house of cards. Knocking Vic over caused the whole structure to shudder.

Hey, remember how cancel culture is a deterrent for abusers? No? Huh.

Did... Did she have a stroke?

So Ron was there, just not important enough for any of the Spednaught to bring up.

Christ in heaven, Ron looks like he has to shit so hard. He needs all the laxatives.

I am beyond belief right now... Imagine fucking your defense so badly that even your paid shill of a reporter can't help but BTFO you.

Absolutely incredible, I suspect the check bounced.

That, or Griftsby finally had a braincell fall into place. The most neutral article thats come out of that camp

-angry wheezing-

in all seriousness the longer this case goes the more people find out that Vic is a decent guy trying to stand up against scumbags. So, I’m all for this being drawn out. Let Monica Ron and mariachi get comfortable and show their true colors even more.
Piss off the judge and the public.

I hope Monica and Jamie had a terrible time of it today. This might be the first time they have faced Vic since all of this began. I hope Vic looked directly into their souls and traumatized them with the warmest smile ever.

They had to watch as the man that they wrongfully accused and tried to blacklist, the man that they are paying attorneys to spin ridiculous narratives about, get on the stand and vehemently shrug off Lemonboy's pressure. They had to watch as they witnessed this man that they hate so much, use that charm and personality that they are all so jealous of, to sway even the hack journalist that they had in their back pocket. God I wish I could see them squirming right now.

Here's looking at you, Mother Karma.

Grigsby has this posted on her Twitter handle.

Reading the article, there was one particular line Vic said in that hearing which truly broke my heart. It was this:

"Asked whether he considers Rekieta a friend, Mignogna responded, 'I foolishly consider everyone I know a friend.'"

He comes off as the nicest, most grateful person one could know; the fact that even Grigsby seemed taken by him speaks volume. How can anyone hate this man?

The defense team subpoenaed Mignogna as part of its strategy, but my sense was that the actor’s testimony helped his own cause far more than it hurt it.

I'm dying. If Vic wins the case just by his sheer charisma alone I'll truly die of laughter. Good thing they didn't let Soye take the stand... or that would have been the end of it. Even the Spednaught knows how much of a filthy weasel Soye is. I would like to imagine as soon as a word was uttered from the wife beater that Chupp would pound the gavel and award Vic everything he asked for. Case dismissed!

To me her last words say otherwise

Forgone conclusion the defendants were victims. Now we're just quibbling if Vic was being vindictive or if it was just Ty and/or Nick.

My 2 cents this is the build up before she spins Chupp's ruling into saying Vic is being punished by Chupp for victimizing poor Monica, Ron, and Marchi at just about any amount close to what was asked.

Show of hands, who thinks that Lemoine will use his pimp hand to put her back in place? And by "using his pimp hand," I mean "wheeze angrily and get knocked over by a light breeze."
