A few months ago, I remember someone tried to bring it up but one of the mods (Burt, I think) said he and ZDR were still pals and he'd probe anyone who talked bad about him. I think it was in QCS, but don't recall enough about the context to find it again.

I didn't realize Lowtax took down the Kiwi Farms ads on SA himself back when the adspace debacle happened. Not only that, I didn't realize he also refused to refund Null's money. Otherwise I'd say KF should buy adspace again with links/screencaps of old "problematic" SA posts. I guess there is the forum banner idea. Can that be done on Xenforo2?

They have to charge you with something in order to arrest you, unless it's some type of PC, protecting you from yourself while you're fucked-up, type of situation. I imagine they'd still have to keep a record of detaining anyone for anything though, or it'd allow them to just snatch people up with no trace left behind.
