To be just aware enough that you realize that you are sub optimal and at the same time knowing that there is no cure. Even if he did everything he could to get as well as he could, he will never be "normal".
He was born at the wrong time and wrong place. Perhaps 600 years ago he would not stand out, he would be just another serf working in the fields and just subsisting like most everyone else.

There's something telling about this video. On a basic level it's funny because this Neanderthal thinks he can virtue signal for woke pussy on one side, but spew things like this and imagines it won't make that entire audience despise him. But other than using every piece of hate-speech he can think of (slurs against homosexuals - numerous - the mentally disabled, women, etc, his usual targets) the only one he doesn't use is the n-word or slurs against other ethnicities. I think this indicates that on a subconscious level Lucas isn't forcing out the slurs he used here to 'fight back' by saying things he doesn't believe in. His anti-racist shtick appears to be ingrained (perhaps partially through cultural taboo), which makes the rest of the words use uses appear like things he is far more comfortable saying and potentially agrees with behind all his fake progressive bluster.
Lucas regularly leaks hatred for women and gay men in general, and this is a little more evidence towards this.

In a video within the last couple of weeks he said his feet hurt. Likely due to damage already caused by his diabetes.

He is pretty well know, I started following on him when he first got busted down at the Starbucks. Many of my friends over the years since then have posted facebook updates about him--such as the owner of the card and board game stores banning him for being a freak--and even the two citycouncil members I am friends with had a good laugh posting the Tosh.O videos.
The organization I work for I was promoted and given oversight helping with homelessness and drug abuse. I didn't really see Lucas for quite sometime, but for the past few months, its like almost clockwork that he shows up, always around the 9th, dissapears at the end of the month, reappears the 9th.
I have never seen him record anyone, granted recording in the local shelters or free food locations would probably earn you an asskicking plus your recording device stolen.
It cracks me up about the fight video showing he does not know how to box or even throw a punch. That is the thing, he is actually quite tall (he looms over me and I am about six foot), and well.....fat. If he knew actually how to fight, he would be a force to be reckoned with.
His video denouncing Christians is pretty humorous as well. Of course as been stated here, he has no shame in his game utilizing faith-based free meal centers. In Spokane, there are over 30 locations that serve breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner any day of the week. And the food would make royalty blush with envy. Which is why Lucas giving food to the homeless is useless, the homeless in Spokane eat like kings. But it also shows Lucas at his most hypocritical. Most of Spokane's homeless services are faith based, and Lucas is treated very well by these organizations.
