If we're lucky this will be an inevitability. Speds are quick to spam his chat and trolltip with the hot speculation of the day so now that there's something concrete out there that Phil can't handwave away hopefully he'll duck back into the salt mines once the memes begin.

TL;DR - DSP signed the Pultavi contracts in 2017 which he thought weren't legally binding (DSP literally makes air quotes and says that the contracts weren't legal because his web address was missing and signed them anyway) but still expected Pultavi to give him everything in the contract. The moment the "contract" wasn't in DSP's favor he was going to fuck them over. He said that he was "protecting himself" or some bullshit.

While low level companies rarely go to litigation because they don't have the finances or clout; I would've loved to see Phil squirm about how because they didn't have his channel listed and there was a spelling error, they should have no right to his channel but do. Have him stand tall in front of a judge or try to explain to some bootleg lawyer about how this legally binding contract is totally not valid because it has a spelling error and doesn't list his channel. - "So why did you sign it without correcting anything?"

Would love Mr. "I have a business degree, you want to see my diploma" pigsplain that one.

And what a smart move, Phil! Not only will you risk paying the difference (because it's been confirmed that the amount he does it way less than what he owes; like $70K or something close to that), you'll take a big fucking hit on your already damaged credit score!

Keep this in mind everyone, when Phil goes on another rant about his "adult responsibilities". :stress:

I'm somewhat shocked Phil's pay pigs think this is either made up, or simply a mistake.

I would lose my shit if I gave money to some 37 year old loser, who kept doing fundraisers for 2,000$ or 1,800$, asking me for money just so his lazy ass can survive, only to find out he wasn't paying his bills and is spending the money on god knows what.
His pay pigs are really top, top exceptional. They keep saying how we're lying about him, how we make shit up, and when they are presented with proof they wave it away.

Him filing chapter 13 would be an extremely large issue because unless I'm mistaken the resulting hearing would include making public his financial information, which for detractors and we lollygaggers would be on par with bystanding a train full of quadruple amputee orphans derailing and crashing into a fireworks factory that's also a fuel refinery.

Only a Leanna tell-all would be more delicious a meal.

Some of them yes. It doesn’t matter what he does or lies about they will always serve their gout lord.

He is going to lose fans and support over this though. He has basically been lying about pocketing an extra $1200+ for months. And now wants another $2000 in a week. We know Jeff will swoop in with the Christmas save but others won’t be so willing in my opinion.

no he’s not. His dumbass fans have been giving him money for years and he’sbeen consistently treating them like shit. his money won’t take too much of a dent over this.
