Which part? I’m just assuming about the first half. Lucas has a habit of vaguely ranting about things when they happen IRL, but not going into much detail at one time. I imagine we will hear more about it in the coming days.
The second half Is regarding a video he had up yesterday that was regarding something about pessimism. He talked about his 18-year-old Australian friend who is someone he’d actually date because while she will disagree about board games with him when they are designing them, she’s not negative to him. She even says cunt a lot (maybe the inspiration for him doing it now?). She’s always been super nice and even flirty with him to make a quick buck. Today, Lucas was ranting about how ridiculous it was to pay so much for art and that he’d rather purchase clip art because he was swindled for 3,000 bucks by her and she’s not even a professional artist. Seems like something happened behind the scenes For him to flip on her like that.
When he was in his Facebook bubble blocking people he had a handful of these young chicks trying to profit from him in one way or another. It’s why he has so much confidence now - lacie and the e-girls feed these delusions of his and he truly believes all these positive things about himself now. I think these interactions are why he’s venturing out more in Spokane. I find her behavior much more disgusting than the use of slurs or commenting creep on a YouTube video. Sofalaw has no problem with any of that, though. Sofalaw is a weird place.
So...here's the thing. A lot of what you're saying about Lucas's relationship with the artist is greatly exaggerated.
I know because a lot of information involving her transactions with him was posted in SOFALAW, and I've talked with her personally.
First things first: Lucas threw a total of about 1000 dollars her way, voluntarily. He found out that she was an artist and offered to pay her for her work. The bulk of the money was for Big Cats, which took about 36 working hours for her to complete. He then paid much smaller amounts for subsequent work, some of which he never even tried to use after it was completed.
Secondly, she treated him just as she would treat any other client. She didn't flirt with him, even when he got creepily obsessed with her. She had misgivings about taking money from him, but she needed the money and she did her best to offer him a fair product for the price. She went below market value for some of the work, in fact.
She would ask him questions about the games he designed and suggested genuine improvements where she could. She didn't want to "feed into any delusions," but she was trying to be helpful, the way some people are with him in general-trying (and usually failing) to steer him in more acceptable directions.
As for why I'm saying all of this, it's because she was the closest thing that he had to a friendly, positive influence for a while. Then Ben Palmer gained an axe to grind and burned her by sending Lucas SOFALAW screenshots, and now that she's relevant again I see a lot of moralistic whinging on here based on a complete misunderstanding of what actually happened.
