Star Wars Griefing Thread (SPOILERS) - Safety off

I remember seeing that a few hundred pages back when people were wondering who the fuck Vi was, and I think it illustrates a major problem with the way "woke" writers execute their craft.

I keep seeing posts on other sites about how to world build "properly" that come across as complete nonsense. It's stuff like "How does this society handle disability?" Or "Who controls the wealth in this society?" It comes across as completely irrelevant at best and outright propagandist at worst.

Instead of having worldbuilding where the reader slowly gets to learn about the history of a setting through osmosis, we now get to understand the menstrual cycles and beauty products used by a character we don't like on a planet we don't care about.
The worst thing about those posts in my opinion is that they had to go with the "hurr durr muh primitive polyamory" thing. That's a trope in sociology based on a fraudulent book written by a woman who went to Polynesia to cheat on her husband, and justified it retroactively by saying adultery was normal in their society... Well, it's not. Primitive society is almost always monogamous (or polygamous for chiefs but with no sex allowed outside of the harem), and adultery was punished with death nearly worldwide before the modern day.

All of their ideology is based on fake and gay shit from the 70s that even academia has thrown out. They're a social movement that's the equivalent of the panda bear: destined for extinction and kept alive only by the most alert and nurturing care of a system that needs them.

What's clear to me is that Rise of Skywalker is going to be a once-in-a-generation or even once-in-a-lifetime trainwreck
maybe to this scale but this will happen to nearly any franchise that shits out annual releases
Movies, vidya, doesn't matter, this is every series' fate after annualization starts and bites them in the ass.

lol

Literally every cinematic Star Wars release since 1983 has been absolute dogshit.

It would be funny, if it weren't so sad.
3 was at least ok upon release and arguably fixed by the clone wars later seasons. Turns out that 3 didn't have the same pervasive issues as 1 and 2, it just had big emotional beats with characters that had no resonance with audiences.

Luke and Leia from the flashback and yes, Leia beats Luke
What has my poor, beloved A-Wing pilot helmet done to deserve such abuse?

So... according to this super important tie-in (that is "essential to understanding" Plan 9 and Snoke's reason for existing) that was released today, this greenhouse planet is where Snoke lived and its where he and Kylo Ren spent their first night of passion together.

And Luke is still depicted as a psycho. But its okay because he could hear Snoke's evil psychic whispers which totally justifies murdering your sister's kid in his sleep.

"BEN NO! PLEASE LET ME KILL YOU!"
And woke critics still think that Disney retconned TLJ...

The sad thing about the prequels is that, unlike the OT, they were ruined in editing rather than made in editing. There are hours of slow-paced scenes where the relationship with Anakin and Padme is supposed to build up that were canned for not being actioney enough for a blockbuster movie, so when we got to the end of 3 it was a disaster with no grounding as to why characters felt the way they did.

Lucas made a huge mistake by starting with Phantom Menace, 10 years before the Clone Wars, instead of beginning smack in the middle of the Clone Wars with Anakin already an adult or teenager. Hell, he had originally planned to have Ahsoka (or a similar Padawan character) appear beside Anakin in 3 to highlight his failings as a teacher/father figure, but it was cut for time.

Okay, here's my dumb question for the Forbes Reviewer. What potential? I mean how did they expect TLJ to be followed up?

Rian blew up every storyline. The only hanging threads were Kylo Ren being the big bad and being beyond redemption and "Empire Vs. Rebellion...again".

The TLJ fans annoy me most. They are so brain dead they think that there was enough left to make a movie out of.

You mean academics publish papers with outright fabricated or warped sources to justify their own bizarre proclivities?

In all seriousness, it's surprising how long that mentality has stuck around given how prevalent cancel culture is. It's just the Noble Savage for the modern age. Pozzed Savage?

Reading these "Trump and Bush are Hitler+Palpatine+Kylo+My Dad" articles about any fucking movie or book to come out makes me kind of wish for the kind of fucking fascism that they THINK is going on, not the watered down in their "I hate my dad because he fucked Mommy and I couldn't" fantasy bullshit.

Every fucking time it's some fucking creature from the soy-lagoon who you just know isn't even good enough to prep his wife's bull who's only power and trace of masculinity comes from claiming to be morally superior to people who have actually touched their wife's skin with their bare hands.

"Allowed a Trump and Bush to be elected..."

Listen, Kike, if I wanted the opinion of the worst thing to come out of Judaism since Moses shit out the unicorn he ate on the Ark, I'd talk to an actual Jew and not the snivelling caricature of a human being that only claims to be Jewish in hopes that nobody will notice it's a howling fucking racist.

The Empire was framed as monstrous and then they SHOWED us on film how they were monstrous by destroying Alderann and killing the Jawas and Luke's relatives.

The First Order was so goddamn pathetically written that when they kill all the villagers, in this Post-911 world you have to wonder if maybe, just maybe, they fucking had it coming.

And since they completely removed all the gravitas from destroying planets by doing it 5 at a time of planets your average person gives two fucks about and the characters they've shown don't fucking care, which is good, because you don't care about their fucking feelings, then the whole "We have Starkiller Base, Rebel Scum" scene is less "Oh, the First Order is Evil!" and more "Who are these assholes again and why should I care?"

They pulled the drama out of goddamn space combat, for the love of Leia's tits.

When Poe or whatever the fuck the Mexican fighter-jockey's name was got inside that base and whirled in circles blowing up shit I literally expected 1,000 XP! to start floating up from the explosions.

Which made the heroes boring and cheesy, because their struggles were worse than boring and cheesy, they were flat, lame, and predictable.

Then you have the Boy that Soy Built up there whining about Trump and comparing him to the Empire?

I. Fucking. Wish.

I'd fucking LOVE for these assholes to get a taste of REAL goddamn fascism. You know, the type that disappeared thousands into the basement of the Stasi building in Dresden? You know, actual fascism?

I don't know why it makes me so angry to see these faggots whining about Trump in Every. Fucking. Article. About. Everything.

Maybe I'm just getting old.

Someone get me some cheap Chinese Claymores to set up on my lawn to keep those fucking kids off of it.

Kylo looks like that emo faggot V from DMCV here.

You were saying?
Wait, she's a cripple? Imagine having to deny yourself the chance to walk or use the bathroom normally (despite it being within your power to change that) simply because of some cat's weird lunar code. No wonder this shit was unaired.

Kylo looks like that emo faggot V from DMCV here.
He does. And the comic is like some sort of weird bizarro retelling of Twilight but between a young boy and a freakish 30 something year old mutant clone of a 90 something year old man who is actually your great grandfather. Also has anyone anywhere outside of here addressed the potential incestual nature of Reylo?

Also the Knights of Ren are some kind of Mad Max wannabes led by a crazy masochist called Ren.
