I'm still of the opinion that the padding was mostly Monica (it was most likely her) trying to drive Vic into the dirt, and Lemon Man just carried out the will of his client. Maybe you could say Lemon was behind his sanctions matching the GFM amount, but that might not be something I can speculate on with confidence.

I don't want to be that person and say it's a gay-op because this person could actually very well be sincere in their suspicion, but something seems off. It's been out for a while and bringing it up now after all this time just seems fishy unless they're fresh to this whole thing. I'm withholding my final judgement until more info comes out.
