Wuhan Coronavirus: Megathread - Got too big

No, the Chinese also eat dogs, bats, centipedes, and apparently just about everything that's made of meat. Don't look up the videos of how they "prepare" the canines though, unless you like the feeling of boiling blood.
Saw that shit years ago when I was kid and Youtube first hit the internet. Once was enough.

So 3 in wuhan, 4 in the area around it. All are going 24/7 since the 28th, and at least on of them needs >100 body bags a day. They also talk about burning bodies that are suspected to be virus victims but aren't confirmed so they don't get counted.
That's a lot different from the official report of 500 total deaths. 100 bags a day since the 28th is 800 corpses.
A few decades ago, after China first opened up to foreign tourists a bit, a mate who went there and wandered as far in as Chengdu (followed by his own not-so-secret policeman every step of the way, and in this matter we see little has changed) showed me some photos he took of the various food markets in the interior. One was of, as far as the eye could make out, piled-up, stacked up and hung-up dog corpses, some wth skin, some without, on stalls out in the open. There was everything from chihuahua-sized corpses piled in baskets to skinned Alsatian-sized corpses hung from the stall rafters. Your basic dog meat supermarket. It was one of the more grotesque sights I'd ever seen at that point in my life.
That's nothing, you should see what China does to their kids during a famine.
Here's another chart for you all with nothing but CCP numbers:

I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be any survivors on this chart.

I mean there's still going to be people dying. Considering the large population, x amount will be dying every day reguardless. We know China is underreporting but it's probably safe to assume some of the older folk possibly dying of the flu were already pretty close to their time, anyway. So reporting their death as from the flu directly or from health complications they already had exacerbated by it, we all know what China will do.

It takes 1 to 3 hours to cremate a body. So even going full tilt of 24 hours a day with every body taking exactly 1 hour you're limited to max 24 cadavers per cremation unit.

The real question is- where are they keeping all the ones waiting for cremation? The storage and refrigeration needs for that many corpses would be astronomical

Cool it with anti-semitism, any claims, that cremation may take hours or calculations involving cremation is holocaust denial.

Unless you shove a bunch in together.
There's a limit to how fast you can burn a body; we're full of water, after all. It takes time to boil off all the steam so the rest can be burnt up. Two Chinese people is probably about the size of one tubby American, which is probably at the top end of the 1-3 hour mark quoted.

It's pretty gross to think of all the vaporized Chinamen floating around Wuhan and being aspirated but who knows, maybe it's part of Ancient Chinese medicine.

The Crematorium's are running 24x7 and the workers don't have enough time to go home.
It's easier to make mass graves, line them with plastic, and come back to burn the bodies later. That saves on refrigerator space and keeps crematoriums to a manageable load.

Wuhan is cool and almost rain-free this time of year, put the bodies 6 feet under and nothing is going to mess with them. Use a heavy gauge plastic sheet and they won't be molested by worms and whatnot.

Burying 100 bodies is not as hard as you may think, and finding sites in a place like Hubei province is mostly about optics. The main concern is making sure the burial site cannot be seen from elevated roads winding through the hills. The Chinese cleared the villages from the surrounding area about 5 years ago, all the people who would have discovered sites were moved to high density urban dwellings. So they don't really have to worry about discovery, the big issue is probably wildlife and that can be dealt with.

There's a reason they brought in the military and it's not crowd control, no one is on the streets. The main armament of a CCP soldier is a knife, they can dig a decent trench in under an hour just with that. Would not be a stretch to have 10 soldiers dig a burial pit over the course of a day.

Google buys their imagery of China from Unisat, which is part of the UN and buys the imagery from a supplier who also works with the DoD. The imagery we see on Google Maps gets filtered at multiple levels to protect state assets. While we won't see the mass graves, we will have a pretty good sense of where they are located because the tiles will have a different ambient hue. It will be possible to track them down once this is all over, people will be looking for loved ones.

Watch some nutcase claim the chink body smog cured them of all disease so they'll start using each other for the traditional Chinese medicine bullshit instead of other species at the brink of extinction.

That room isn't stopping shit.

Pollution Goblins, you have failed this station.

From the door seals (Seriously, THOSE are the fucking door seals? I could do a better field expedient one with 20 minutes at Home Deport or 10 minutes on the Amazon site on my phone) which are non-existent and won't protect shit, to that FUCKING CEILING DENT ABOVE THE DUCTING! No real sealant around the fire/CO/whatever alarm. Look at the floor right in front of the lower right door. See that fucking DROP in the flashing? Yeah, that's already separating and is probably an air leak. The upper right door is to a bathroom, which means the bathroom is shared by at least 2 people, and look at the bottom of the door right there in front of the Pollution Goblin Horde motherfucker's boots. See that warp to the frame? That doorframe is already janked. I want to see them close the door after that bed is in place. It's gonna be close at least.

Left side of the picture, toward the top of the wall, you see that flashing? That's for the electrical and has PLENTY of gaps without a single fucking bit of silicon sealant.

That linoleum type right there, on the floor? Not antimicrobrial linoleum, it's the cheap shit you see in 1970's single wide trailer homes across the US South. That fucking pattern should be recognizable to everyone on the Farms as the floor patter dijour of Cows.

Look at the panel above the head of the bed. LOOK AT IT! It's fucking worse than useless.

Far door: Frame has already warped. Outer frame section is already pulling away from the wall.

There is NOTHING isolation system about this fucking thing. Even a low budget Bollywood movie would make a better one with plastic sheeting, a roll of duct tape, and a fucking cave. You'd be better off pouring rubbing alcohol over yourself, wrapping yourself in fucking trash bags, and breathing through a grapefruit rind.

Yeah, if this is where they're supposedly going to be treating people, in a city that is out of medical supplies and running out of everything else, then it's going to be nothing but a corpse house.

The propmasters who built the MRI Machine in After Last Season did a better job making medical equipment than that.

No new information from Germany directly but some articles in German reporting on the situation abroad.

If there's any new information you want me to translate in detail, just ping me.
I haven't kept up with all the new posts here to know if and of those would be reposts.

The corona virus continues to spread and the Chinese leadership takes an unusual step: it criticizes its own authorities. Such statements are otherwise taboo.

For security reasons, the authorities put two cruise ships on chains. Thousands of passengers are stuck in quarantine.

Chinese citizens who disregard instructions for corona containment are 'punished' by drones - this can be seen on several videos.

Reminds me of this.

Why am i having this funny feeling like Chinese are so incompetent that they are using simple crematoriums all around when they say they are overburdened and not having a second thought about using crematoriums specifically made to retain fumes / gas so they attain "safe" re-burnt temperature to prevent any moisture or low temperature fumes / gas before releasing them in the atmosphere... Nor any filters of any kind...

Following China's retarded incompetence i'm kind of having a worried laugh lol...

They should've built this instead of that shit hospital.

Not really the way an actual machine works. They have space but not a whole lot and stuffing too many bodies in at once would be counterproductive. Slowing the process.

I know this is a quip but I don't think the Nazi's were using machines made for the pupose nor doing so with the intent of totally destroying a body down to the point it was easily ground up into ashes, given it was just mass execution.
