Unless he is somehow immediately granted sole custody, the first thing the court will do is order support. Remember when he was gloating about keeping his kid in a shelter by wrecking that crowdfunding? Well, if they had that $3,000 that would be taken into account, but since he deliberately wrecked that, that's $3,000 more he's going to have to pay, possibly that very day, up front.

The judge is not going to consider "how about I sit on my ass popping pills, drunk out of my mind, eating $50 bagged pies, and while we go through this case for the next couple years, my daughter gets to sit in a shelter and get nothing." That's not what would be considered a reasonable plan.

Divorce lawyers tend to keep tabs on the other spouse, not their own client. He will have his legal secretary bill some hours to try and dig up stuff on Leafwife’s social media but pretty sure the lawyer would spend more time going over the financials and immigration issues involved than bother with checking up on Lowtax shitposting.

Even if they bothered to check, Lowtax tries to bury his stupidity in stupid zany illustration posts so unless he’s religiously checking all of Lowtax FB posts daily he prob would have missed the few divorce drama posts sprinkled in there.

No way they are aware of Lowtax YT stream rants or Bogan calling his wife a cunt in the comments.

Then there’s the fact Lowtax has posted on his private, paid member only forums. The lawyer will definitely be blindsided by that mess and his side piece/branding expert making jokes about cutting off her arm and anally raping herself with it.

The only way his lawyer won’t be blindsided by it all of it is if Lowtax puts it all on a thumb drive and walks him through his weeks of manic drug fueled activity online, which I doubt. Lowtax would at best give him a glowing summary of how he just “defended himself” a few times.

It’s not like Lowtax is some juicy multi-million dollar divorce case. If this was Brad Pitt a team of lawyer would be monitoring hi every breath and click online. But Lowtax is just another sad sack, second time divorced suburban dad buried in debt, taxes and previous child support payments.

His lawyer will probably spend most his time trying to prove how broke he is in case he’s order to start support payments or asking for info from Lowtax to show he’s loving father of the year and religiously paid his previous child support and alimony in the past.

I was saying that goons may have sent it to the lawyer out of concern for lowtax, so he wouldn't be keeping tabs at all, it would arrive to him. Its a theory. A lot of them were begging him to stfu and his rep is public knowledge, so its possible.

Richard is nervous about contact with the cops because he’s a pill head. He gets scripts from doctors for “his back” but he’s also having to buy them illegally. Safer if his mommy lawyer files the initial report and gives Low-T a veneer of respectability and lets the cops know his mommy lawyer is protecting him.

I’ve always assumed Lowtax will try to claim his drug abuse is totally ok because he has scripts from legal pill mills. How he’s going to explain to a judge that a father so crippled by “back pain” that he has to eat fistfuls of opiates and benzos, and then take adderall to keep his eyes open on all of it, is supposed to care for an active toddler is a mystery.

The only reason Lowtax is broke and begs for money is because his daily pill habit vaccuums up all his money. Ashlii was wasting his pill money on stupid shit like diapers, clothes and toddler toys.
