I assume most people who look into this don't actually look into how to get around a Google AdSense ban. It's really not as hard as people seem to think, in fact some of the methods are so easy Phil might have done it without even knowing. Something as simple as changing your mailing address can get Google to approve a new account after you've been b&.
So 'yes', technically if you get your personal AdSense account b& it's 'forever and there's no appeals process and you can never get another one', and that's what the first Google search results will tell you.

While Phil's account was b& in 2011 he didn't try to use an AdSense account until 2017 after he had demanded Machinima fire him or cater to his personality disorder. At that point he had literally moved across the entire country, and iirc there was some system update in 2016 that allowed people previously b& to open a new account. Phil likely just thought he was plugging in his old data and he just got a new account because his old info had been purged and/or didn't match the new info he entered, and Phil thought 'Whoa, the ban expired dood!'

Also people like to say 'You can only have one AdSense account and Phil says he has two! Phil's a LIAR & a SCAMMER!' but this isn't true either. Sure if you look at the first Google search results they tell you everyone is only allowed to have one Personal AdSense account, but there is such a thing as a Business AdSense account. You can have both a Personal AdSense account and be the account manager for a Business AdSense account that pays out to you. You can even have someone else who isn't b& make a Business AdSense account then de-associate themselves from the account and designate you as account manager if you've had a Personal account ban and aren't allowed to create a Business account because of this.

In 2017 Phil likely made a Business account when partnering his main channel with Curse and a Personal account to put his other channels under. We've also seen him get his DSPGayming account reinstated when he got released from Curse, and during the short ban he still had a second open and active AdSense account. This is why I think his main channel is under a Business account. I highly doubt he ever used Leanna's AdSense account.

I do think it's an interesting point that he didn't list either of his AdSense accounts on his bankruptcy filing similar to how he left his Paypal account off. That would bring the total to 3 accounts he owns that are paying into his bank account that he didn't list, and I hadn't thought about that yet.
Thanks for clearing that up. And as you mentioned I was also curious about how Adsense plays into this whole thing.

How much debt do you think this stupid bastard can rack up on a honeymoon?

Even if they forgave every penny of his debt he'd rack up another 5-6k instantly.

His honeymoon will consist of staying in an expensive hotel room 30 minutes away in Seattle, laying in bed, watching TV, and playing his mobile games for days on end. So yeah, he'd easily rack up thousands in Apple Store credit.

If he got a room with 2 beds, maybe Kat could even come with him.

IMO, the omission of his PayPal account is the biggest issue with his petition. We’re not talking about an account where someone sells a few knickknacks every once in a while on eBay. This is an account where thousands of dollars are received and transferred each and every month. I’m speculating that DSP’s taking tip money straight from his PayPal account to fund his WWE Champions whaling, bypassing his checking account (and possibly Kat’s attention as well). This might be why his checking account is “always overdrawn:” a significant portion of his income never makes it there. A good trustee is going to see funds from PayPal being transferred into his checking account and will want to trace it back to the source.
I 100% think this is what he's doing and the exact reason why he's doing it---no one can see where the money goes or how much he's spending, plus he hides his real income from the court. It almost feels silly to SAY it though, a guy not paying any debts but spending thousands a month on a game and thinking he can lie about where most of his money comes and goes.

But it's Phil. It's Phil.

This is going to be a tricky thing to hide, in fact nigh impossible. He only has to have one asset: Just ONE that he obtained via the paypal account and its flagged for review. I'm almost certain his possessions and his 'declared' accounts wont match up.

It's impossible to overstate how much Phil has fucked himself by doing this. The court almost doesn't need to punish him independently because what he literally did to himself (leaving a bunch of his money as non-exempt by not listing it so it all goes bye bye) is so horrific any additional punishment would be surplusage.

You can exempt your PayPal account if you were to file for bankruptcy?

Say I were to file for bankruptcy, would I be able to exempt my BoA/ Chase/ WF checking and savings accounts?

If so, why the would he not want to list his PayPal account as exempt? The only reason I can think of is to hide how much he truly made from donations and how much he spends on his mobile games.

He truly lets trolls and ‘tractors run his life.

I just really, really, really want a picture (or courtroom sketch) of Phil in his high school monkey suit, trying to walk around with his Big Boy Strut aka howlingly awful waddle because of MUH BACK INJURY. Bonus points if there are stairs he has to climb.

That said, if people are gonna go to this thing, they need to just fucking do it and don't tell people about it. The internet does not care and you won't get any fucking clout doing it. All you'll get it Phil having concrete proof internet psychopaths are conspiring to harass him in real life.

Seriously, how hard is it to not brag about fecal fondling?

why does our fearless leader think saying poop touching is so bad and childish then has shit like 'powerleveling' plastered on every single forum's guidelines 🤔

One is long-established Internet slang that predates this website by about half a decade, and is a reference to a classic world-renowned piece of media. The other sounds like something even a four year old would find immature.

If it's within an exemption. If you don't list it, though, it's just something to be liquidated. You don't even get to argue for it. It's just free money for the creditors.

If it's more of a pass-through account for him (regardless of whether it's actually going to bank accounts for bills or WWE Champions), how do the creditors actually get at the money? Does the court order basically say "You owe X company $Y, and you have to pull it from this Paypal account as the money is available"?

Why is doing something for clout a bad thing? This is basically a low budget TMZ. They're not hiding that it's for clout. The main difference I see here and with other clout-chasers (Drunken Peasants and - I suspect - to a lesser degree just this past day, GamerJLee) is that this one has no previous history with DSP. Either way, I'm not going to pretend to care why someone's fucking with Phil or how Phil might validate his broke ass on the next pre-stream. You could be some dude with an obscure radio show in Siberia clowning on DSP and he'd cry psychopathic trolls.

Before, the narrative was sort of a... don't validate his pignosis because it'll bring him views and money. In the situation he's put himself in, I don't think any amount of money he brings in matters.

Well the transactions will be listed as “Apple Services” or along those lines. It won’t specially say: “You spent $6,000,000 on WWE oily sweaty men” Granted I haven’t bought anything from the App Store in years.

Just a question in which hopefully someone can clear up: When Darks lost his adsense account back in the day, I was under the impression that the account loss was permanent. Was he able to get it back or did he have to utilize someone else's credentials to establish a new one? If it's the latter I'm assuming that this could fall under fraudulent activity. Thanks in advance.
IIRC, prevailing theory was that he opened a second account in Leeana's name.

I just want to try to clarify a few things. Philip did get his Adsense account banned back in the day. I do believe after Google made some major changes to the program, he was able to get back on when he tried to rejoin Curse after the Lavaria fiasco. However, Philip tried to make 2 Adsense accounts, one for DSPGaming and one for KOGaming. He was denied the one for DSPGaming because he had already created the one for KOGaming. He then cried to a Google representative until they got tired of dealing with him and let him link both channels to the KOGaming Adsense account.

TL;DR: Philip had his Adsense account banned, but was able to get a new one. He has only one.

I think I need to check the OP again, I'm missing out on some good jokes.

*edit
What a really ugly guy. Why were people fans of this twat? Is this like NorthernLion all over again?
Not sure what you mean about Northernlion, that's one of the last youtubers I'd think to compare to DSP. I can't find anything negative about NL on kiwifarms either, it's pretty much entirely positive.
