So says the guy who has never stepped in a courtroom. Shut the fuck up Mike. Even Cuck lightyear and the discount Geico caveman from Australia commands more respect that you, as little as it is.
Volney's got to take the chance if he can. I think his argument is going to be that Funimation's tweets are being taken out of context and that they can't be liable for others misinterpreting their meaning. Granted, they never once over the course of the year attempted to clarify their statements but it's something to work with.If I am Funimation looking at this brief and I weighing my options to settle or nah, fuck it...let's keep going?
Oh without question Ron is the most fucked one out of this whole peanut gallery of autism. Everyone and their mother knows it, even if they won't admit it. Ron only skirted by the TCPA out of sheer dumbass luck and a boomer judge who could not give an ounce of a fuck if he tried. After hearing all the actions of Ron that are in this brief......... Now we may know why all the "Ronversations" took place or He might go on a remote beating spree across the country.

The ronverstations didn't help at all, but I can see Monica going to need new dentures after this.
Those "ronversations" are going to come in quite handy when this shit goes back to the trial court. After hearing all the actions of Ron that are in this brief......... Now we may know why all the "Ronversations" took place or He might go on a remote beating spree across the country.
@Spectre_06 Looks like Mike Dipshit is noticing you and spinning it in a way that only supports his fuckery of a shit commentary. Seriously what is with these dipshits and playing this whole sniping game, first it was PULL, now it's Twitter.

Wonder how Ms. Ride-or-Die is going to feel about her friend after that?
Jamie is weasel and a child, not kidding about the last part but if she's in the shitter for real she WILL cry like a little girl. Just look at how she tried to dodge the papersWell, Jamie might settle but she's the only one who is able to leave this lawsuit with little damage, but if she's hooked on conspiracy then yeah she's either going to settle and will probably sell out some infoif they can turn on vic best believe they'll turn on each other.
Jamie is arguably more of an employee than Monica is. Monica has done scripts for about a half dozen shows, and was director for about that number. With all the information involved, I'd agree that Ron is in the worst position, but reading the latest filing I felt there was a big focus on Monica. She was used as the lynch pin for the civil conspiracy. Her name was all over that filing. My favorite part was the section where they were laying out how Monica and Jamie were acting either as employees or agents of Funimation. They laid out how Monica's communications with the people at Funi showed how they had control over her public statements on the case - and then concluded that because Monica and Jamie have very similar jobs, if Monica is an agent/employee, then so is Jamie. So if Jamie ends up still on the hook for civil conspiracy, it's going to be squarely on Monica. Wonder how Ms. Ride-or-Die is going to feel about her friend after that?
I see it as Monica works and worked for Funi where Ron just hung around Monica and took up space. With all the information involved, I'd agree that Ron is in the worst position, but reading the latest filing I felt there was a big focus on Monica.
