My contact said the first guy on the docket had a company too and the trustee grilled him with detailed questions about expenses and how he spent them for the company and how he paid his employees etc. So something to look forward to.

If he reschedulded beforehand, wouldn't it make more sense to stream today?
This way he could call every Kiwi out for mentioning March, 5th, even though he streams on this day.

My guess is that he got scared shitless and didn't want to face the trustee so he called Rochelle and asked to reschedule.

I've been thinking about this for some time but is it possible that the reason he was a no show was due to Kat itself? Lots of us have speculated that it is kind of insane and an insult of the highest degree to marry someone and immediately throw them into your bankruptcy. Is it even possible that DSP has been hiding this entire event from her? We all know he lies and schemes constantly, how far fetched of an idea is it to assume he has been keeping her in the dark and maybe today she conveniently wanted to come with him on his car ride to run those "errands". Thus, having to be a no show at his own court date(depending on if he was called or not).

Oh my god, if today was the day he told Kat everything, and he missed the meeting because he was trying to pick up the pieces of his marriage...but I don’t think he would tweet what he did if he was dealing with emotionally highstrung relationship issues at the same time.

Either way he’s going to act like he pulled one over on his destructors, and either way he’s turbo-fucked if he just didn’t show up for no legitimate reason.

And if LSB’s agent is what scared him off from a legally mandated appointment with the trustee then he’s a fucking idiot.

Same here. As it has been confirmed Phil did not reschedule before this morning. He chickened out last second. He probably called the attorney and said he was sick.

Now he gets to pony up more money to his attorney to attend another meeting.

And the trustee is more suspicious, as rescheduling these meetings is one of the tactics used by bankruptcy fraudsters.

He probably told his filer that day and there wasn't any way to let the court know until he was actually called up so the made the request then and there.

Only details was it was a pipe company and he introduced himself as CEO. No numbers for that hearing.

I mean, its not out of the realm of possibility. Knowing dsp, he probably would hide something like this. The amount of stuff he attempted to control or hide from Pandalee shows that. Its just speculation and gossip afterall, no proof to say for certain but what we do know at this time is

- was not schedule to reschedule
- was called
- was not present
- stand-in lawyer who had to say he was not there

- took off to be there today(muh errands dood!)

More likely something happened that caused DSP and the lawyer to reevaluate Ch.7 before the 431 and request a delay.

Yeah, I'm having a hard time believing he would just not show up. I would think a filing for continuance would have to be made though...

Seeing there wasn't a stand in for her like there was for 2 others, this was pre planned.

We've known khet works at the fred meyer within walking distance of his house for over a month and as far as we know no one has bothered her or even taken a picture. Like at most there might be like 3 people who would come up to him.
