In reality though? The question would be how you measure it. In terms of deaths per capita, I expect the balkans to slowly but surely start rising in cases, and I doubt most of their systems can handle it, specially after what I researched after our hungarian kiwis prompted me to, so unless a medicine is found before they start collapsing I expect them to go to shit. • The reported deaths from Coronavirus in China are only those where people collapsed in the street and died instantly from symptoms akin to viral encephalitis. They had seizures and could not breathe because the autonomic functions of the cardiorespiratory centers in the medullas of their brains were destroyed. The official death figure does not include deaths from pneumonia.

• They're no longer treating those with pneumonia. They're just removing them and presumably cremating them immediately. They're not letting their families see them, either.
