Oh, speaking of air quality (still several pages behind atm, this thread keeps blowing up), this is Italy:
It's better quality than the shit air over in China, but moderate numbers aren't necessarily a good thing. It's impossible to have super clean air, but the lower it is, and if you're not a smoker/inhaling dangerous chemicals on a regular basis, the more healthy your lungs are. Age needs to be taken into account as well, as your lungs will scar over the years, and they wither as your body slowly breaks down.
Here's America's air quality. Look at all dem greens with splashes of yellows:

So thing is, as far as the UK can tell, things are going to get very very bad according to their models in about 10-14 weeks time, when they believe the peak will hit. This is both the Chief Scientific Adviser and Chief Medical officer both saying this.
Meaning places such as Italy and Ireland which are cancelling things now? Sending the kids home to be bored at home?
Are probably going to be hit hard as hell a month or two down the road, because kids ain't gunna isolate by themselves in their own homes even with family around. or worse, will be shipped off to granny and grandads who are going to be hit by Corona-chan like a fucking freight train when they go and play with their friends and catch it that way.
The UK's staggered approach simply accepts stopping this isn't realistic, slamming the borders shut and cancelling all flights would do fuck all, again, according to Chief Science bloke. The model revealed it slowed spread down by a whopping 24 hours.
Stopping all public life for months on end is also unrealistic and stupid, not everyone can self isolate for the 14 weeks or so that need it to avoid everything.
I doubt even our most autistic of Kiwis would tolerate 14 weeks of stuck in their own home.
Why do I believe these government folks more than average? They drone in their answers. No waffle, no fairy answers, just droning on.

1-The spanish congress is probably plagueridden and we are so fucking happy. Remember how I said the female members got it due to the feminist marches? Well fucking idiots made a special congress against coronavirus, in which they were told not to kiss anyone, and they kissed the females. And then vox made another internal congress and spread it around their internal structure. FUCKING KEK! Britain thought it got lucky with a handful of cases. THIS is what lucky looks like. Spanish politicians gonna start dropping I'm so happy corona is bestest girl. The memes are everywhere.

On March 7 a leaked press brief about the Lifecare Center from Evergreen Health showed a death count of 26 since 2/19. The American media was reporting the USA total death count as 22 until around March 10.
To add to this, we only know about the Lifecare Center / Seattle outbreak and its severity because a private charity circumvented the CDC and created their own test kit for Coronavirus using a medical research loophole. The CDC and fed attempted to block testing in the Lifecare Center, presumably as an attempt to sweep it under the rug and avoid mass panic.

This hits close to home for me, because my grandfather was scheduled to be sent to the Lifecare Center for surgical rehab from having kidney stones removed two days before news of the outbreak in the building came out. This could have cost me a loved one's life. Thankfully my family dodged a bullet -- we drove in front of the Lifecare center, thought it looked disgusting without going inside (thank god) and fought medicaid to send him somewhere else. The other place we got him sent to is also being quarantined because residents were tested positive for corona, but at least it's not as bad.
I can't find the link to the patient interview, but one of the local news channels interviewed someone stuck inside the lifecare center and she said it's hell on earth, new people dying every hour, bodies piling up in the hallways. That could have been my loved one thanks to the CDC's incompetence. Thank god I had a hunch before news Corona hit the US was out.
Good luck everyone. Keep yourselves and your loved ones safe. Don't trust the official numbers out of any country, especially not China or the USA. Remember they're not total death counts, rather total reported death counts.
