I joke, but you really gotta hand it to the guy, he's been calling out these bad trade deals and globalist pipe dreams for decades now. This pandemic vindicates him on basically everything that he campaigned on: strong borders, stopping illegal immigration (harder to determine how many infected are in an area if you don't have accurate population counts), returning industry to domestic shores, and above all standing up to China. The media are trying desperately to smear him with a bad pandemic response to stop his reelection chances, but considering the public is generally in favor of how he's handling things, I think he's in a fine position. I won't count my chickens before they hatch, anything could happen, but if the best the Dems can put up is Sleepy Joe (currently in hiding), I don't think he's going to have much of a problem.

If they somehow had to choose Bernie because Biden accidently locks himself in his basement or coofs to death. I doubt bernie would win. Both those chuckleheads called for open borders, bernie going further saying he wants us to have the Italian health care system and everyone in the world saw how that went.
And biden is well..saying biden things.

No Democrat has any leg to stand on against Trump this election or even the Republicans for that matter due to the whole CHINGCHONG relief bill stalling and wanting millions to spend on a doodle center for the macaroni arts and theater, plane carbon emission cuts and solar panels/windmills tax credit. Oh and extra money in their paychecks.

The ones that pissed me off (in other events like these) are the ones that use the kids as an excuse but them leave them alone anyway.

Again this isn't exactly accurate for numbers. Did China lie about numbers, most likely, however Corona did not stop other forms of death happening. If you had a heart attack or stroke or were elderly with other problems or had some issue that required immediate care or you die, especially when Corona was exploding, chances are pretty good that you died.

Corona probably did kill a lot more than China claims, probably still is too, but you can't look at urns or phones and assume all that death is from Corona. People are still dying from all the usual stuff too and likely more than usual as hospitals are overrun with corona patients.

This shit is part of why I have such a low opinion of the intelligence of the chinese leadership and its various arms.

The fact their propaganda is so jawdroppingly shit and so blatantly obvious is due to the fact that CCP officials are infamous for autistically insisting that propaganda messages, either in state media or outside media funded by china, be as blatant and hyperbolic as possible past the point of absurdity, even when doing so is completely counterproductive to the whole "propaganda" thing, since the various party goons assigned to monitor the production care only that the end result be as extreme jingoistic as possible so that it reflects well on them.

As with everything in that joke of a country, the only thing those in the party are capable of comprehending are aggressively and mindlessly pushing whatever they think the party line is and using every means of thuggery to force this horseshit through, and when this fails or backfires they just blame convinient underlings or anyone brave enough to have questioned their demands and repeat the same dumbass mistakes over and over again

China is full of intelligent people for sure.....but they are all subject to the autistic whims of all the barely literate rodent slurping bumpkins in the CCP, who themselves are fully willing to let millions of their own countrymen suffer and die in pointless misery so long as they maintain their comfort and status and are extremely vindictive when stamping down on anyone they see as being intelligent enough to become a threat to this.

It's literally impossible to know how many people died in China. Unlike the Germans, the Chinese are very lax with record keeping when it suits their interests.

There is a reason why the Taiping rebellion numbers range from 20-80 million deaths or why the Great Famine deaths range from 30-200 million.

Let's just hope, this serves as a warning shot for the world goverments to never trust China again and not to export important businesses and products to them, just to save a few bucks.

Companies have probably been allowed to drop their QC standard to meet order quotas. Looser tolerance for underweight/overweight, minor variations in quality (colour, taste or texture). Suppliers, producers and regulatory oversight agencies have to agree on this AFAIK. It's a way to increase productivity and reduce waste at the production end. You would be amazed at some of the things producers have to either rework, repack, or flat out waste.

Also companies might be working with skeleton crews and/or rotating shift days. Where you normally might have 3 workers and a robotic loading system, factories may be down to 1 with the robotics cranked to full. This hopefully will put a full stop to the corporate "If you can make it to the phone, you can make it to work." attitude. Forever.

People with weakened immune systems or other maladies want to work too, asshole. Just because you only get the sniffles for 2 days doesn't mean that someone you work with or their family member won't be put into the hospital.

Hey so remember how I said we'll be fine unless the government REALLY fucks it up? President Sanchez is appearing on TV right now praising China and shittalking Europe and the USA. So...
