Some of you are literally too young to remember. However for those of us who came of age in the 90's and before, this could be the beginning of a massive reversal of much of the post-Soviet democratization that the region fought so hard for.

What I mean, is that a lot of folks remember the wall coming down, like it was yesterday. And the aftermath. And with that comes people who remember life on both sides of the "iron curtain" and the costs and priveleges of being free.

Given the impact of the WuFlu on the chinese economy, I would suggest that many people canceled their subsciption, cause they don't have the money for it at the moment.
Also, without absolutely all cellphone services in China being evaluated, chances are that many people just switched to a service that's not part of the scope of this analysis.
The next issue is: How many of these cellphone subscriptions belong to how many people? Ie: If there is people who own 4 subscriptions (for whatever reason) and now only use one for all the utilities that they need, that doesn't mean the difference in subs is causes by casualties, obviously.

Yeah, the drop is pretty significant and I wouldn't be surprised if actual corona casualties figure into it, but to assume, that these numbers translate 1:1 to dead people, is silly.

Honestly I have no idea how the PSOE is gaining anything with how much they fucked up, but electoral polls were always heavily, and I mean HEAVILY manipulated, so they might be lying. Through chats all I do see are lefties saying fuck PSOE and righties saying fuck PP which would mean it's Vox and Podemos winning votes instead. If that's more accurate it would be a pretty significant shift, imho for the better. We don't stop for crisis. Which is likely because, well, think about it this way: imagine if someone had managed to staple together all of the balkans into a single country. That's spain for ya.
