For those interested, the Book of Jeremiah is not about forgiveness. It's about Jeremiah channeling God's fury towards the Children of Israel and calling them to repent (among other stuff). I wonder if this is another case of Lucas fixating on one sentence he heard once and cementing it in his brain as the foundation stone of a whole series of thoughts. Perhaps he heard someone at one of the many Christian charities he sponges off of mention a sentence from Jeremiah which does briefly mention forgiveness, so therefore "Book of Jeremiah is all about forgiveness!!!!!111"

No it's not. Namedropping someone is not harassment.

The statutes in Washington for harassment and no-contact orders are about contact. They are not about mentioning someone's published theories or even their name. In fact, they specifically exempt protected speech. And hairballed nutty theories ARE protected speech.

Lucas did get protective orders against him before if I remember correctly; either because he continued to continued a pattern of persistently contacting someone who told him not to or as part of an ongoing criminal case.

I don't know why people don't get how this is not a matter for courts. It's as if they don't have the first clue about the state law and are just going off of what they see on TV.
