Nah, he knows. The original reason he didn't come up with the $1.30 himself is because he knew he couldn't calculate it. He only figured out that number after paypigs sent him random higher amounts and he saw what amounted to exactly $1.00 post-fees.
Wow he's even whipping himself in animal crossing. He refuses to do anything to change his house or just do what he wants because Khet might not like him changing anything.
This is my first time catching an animal crossing stream and it's just riveting gameplay. He hasn't moved his character in 25 minutes and is just talking to his speds in chat and reading tips. Kat is too scared to be on stream so he's eating his birthday cake alone in his gaming room while wearing a special ed vest. What a life.
He has the same opinion of Animal Crossing that he does of Pokémon and Minecraft.
Sit around and do nothing for an hour, then exclaim "Wow, this game has so much to do! I've been playing for so long and haven't made any progress!"

The total doesn't include certain critical donations that Phil chose to ignore and not add to the total.. There was one guy named "38_year_old_man" that tipped $5 and wrote about how Phil was bitching over having to wear the hat despite being paid hundreds of dollars to do it, and of course, DSP completely ignored it, didn't read it nor add it to the total.
Let that be a lesson to anyone who tips DSP just to troll him or criticize, he will ignore anything of yours that isn't positive praise of him. So stop doing it!!
He makes the cowboy hat a "prize" for doubling the tips goal and doesn't even take the time to set aside some earbuds for when he has to wear it? Piece of lazy ungrateful trash. He always has to do everything in the crummiest, cheapest most hamfisted way.
