Megathread Non-binary genders / Enbies - When Male and Female Aren't Special Enough

I really try to not be disrespectful to people decisions, but more I see the whole "nonbinary" thing (and now its mainstream and talked in media, not only tumblr phase -.-), I'm more confused by it. It's basically "if you are not agreeing with 1950s American gender roles, you are neither man or woman!".
And the whole "they/them" pronoun thing is something you can get with in English language. I know Japanese has A LOT of pronouns but other languages are way more complicated and have lot more "gendered" speach patterns - Spanish and French for example. And don't even start on Slavic ones.
I guess if we don't speak English or Japanese, our language/culture have to go extinct as not progressive enough.

Non-binary is just trash. Of course people have a wide range of interests, a man can likes decorating his room and a woman can be interested in home-repair, that doesn't mean that they are gender specials, they are just people, that's it.
These enbies are boring with their lives, that's why they create fake identities. It doesn't matter that they don't have ''gender-non conforming'' hobbies, the fuck they mean, as long as they are bored enough.
And in Spanish, some queers are trying to push ''elle'' pronoun and putting ''e/es'' on everything. For example: Muchachos vamos al bar a tomar algo ( guys, let's going to the bar and drink, and muchachos is gender neutral) the snowflakes could change muchachos by muchaches. The funny thing is that the Royal Academy of Spanish don't recognize this nonsense.

if anyone had come across "wafflegender" , that one is mine. is it to "powerlevel" to mention that? I forget which one inspired me to create it.

ah, seems like I posted in the wrong place

A non binary identity and any sort of nonstandard pronouns are used only by people with absolutely 0 confidence in themselves. If you've got even a shred of belief in yourself, then you should know you have no obligation whatsoever to follow gender roles and nothing you can do can make you any more or any less of the man or woman you biologically are.

So yeah don't bother with being respectful.

And the whole "latinx" craze? Any actual people who are speaking Spanish or Portugese use that?
Fun fact: My youngest cousin, a girl, was using masculine speach pattern when she was little. Because she has 4 older brothers and Polish grammar is hard in general. I remember she asked me "why I'm talking like old lady", because in her closest family the only people using feminine speach were adult women. It all changed when she went to the kindergarden.
But I suspect nowadays would be people claiming she is nonbinary or trans, especially combined with her slightly tomboyish personality.

Here's a thought:
So, I was going through the Vade thread the other day and I recall someone (I think it might have been Meowthkip? I don't remember) mentioning something along the lines of how genderspecials frequently have NSFW Tumblr blogs full of the most abhorrent and degenerate shit you can imagine. I wonder why?

Imagine years from now, your nephew/niece demands you to address him/her as "nibling". *sigh*
Honestly at least the nibling one can be taken as or made into an actual term of endearment, but what kind of nutcase would refer to a sibling as “comrade”?

Not even getting into the level of autism it takes to refer to little kids as “child” rather than by, you know, their names. Or by the laundry list of nicknames someone who’s actually been around kids can come up with.

Can and has. A friend of mine calls his "niblings" to their faces and it makes them giggle and say "noooo". It's pretty cute.

The same kind of nutcase who thinks that Bernie Sanders is a viable candidate and probably has fanart of young Josef Stalin somewhere? In other words, a twitter leftist?
