Both Me and Nick attempted to Contact Tevin. I managed to get answer from him while Nicks "Bro, Hit me with a DM" Method on Twitter didn't bear fruit.

I spent 5 dollars in total to ask Tevin if he was interested, When he saw my superchat he got offended by my question in manner similar to someone we're familiar with. and declined the offer.
Honestly glad he's not going to be on the stream. Tevin is kind of a faggot. Entertaining at times, but kind of a faggot. Also his fans are massive faggots.

I’m really glad tevin is not part of the Rekieta stream as he has proven himself to be completely useless during the bankruptcy saga. His videos about the 341 meeting and Dark’s public declaration of bankruptcy were just reaction videos to whatever Piggy was saying. It seems that tevin has no interest in the bankruptcy saga and sticks to restreaming old content and shitting on Dark the same way he has for the last 4 years. He’s become as protective and scared as DSP is of collaborating with anyone else in fear of losing a lucrative cashcow that takes minimal effort to profit from.

@LyteSydeByll has done a phenomenal job with his “The Week in DSP” videos where you can tell he personally looked up bankruptcy information and does a great job at explaining the latest happenings in layman terms. And his lore knowledge is more than sufficient in the context of this upcoming stream.

I don’t have any questions to ask since @actually did an excellent job summarizing the most important questions that I believe should be asked.

Also, feel free to suggest videos/topics you really want us to show/tell Nick about as we DPS-Pill that poor man.

I personally wish Nick to comment on a few clips where DSP explains Law and the infamous Wolverine Figure Story.

DSP claimed all electronics as business related yet has WWE network as a personal expensive. How can DSP watch WWE on business releated electronics? what kind of trouble, if any can this cause?

What a weird way to interact with dsp streamers. Makes me more curious as too why that is. Getting hostile to that is just an odd one to me. Oh well. Thanks for the info.
Seems like a miss communication to me or someshit

I mean, I don’t think that tevin has tried to be something more than someone who just makes fun of dsp and his gameplay. Least that’s how it came across to me

Not sure if this was asked (if it was please ignore this question) but I would be interested in the following aspect from a lawyer's Point of view:

DSP's vest streak has made him quite a bit of money. Can this affect the decision to grant or dismiss the bankruptcy case (or be a reason to convert from ch 7 to ch 13)? Or is this strictly based on the amounts of money DSP made prior to the filing?

More importantly, how would the trustee know how much he's made since the filing? He was only required to state his financial snapshot on the day he filed for bankruptcy. Do they monitor his account balances between the filing and decision?

It's weird how many seem to have wanted him to pick up the SoK's shitty mantle, despite his insistence he wasn't like them, and the past ~5 years of his putting that on display. If anyone thinks he's being weirdly-standoffish, should have seen his diesel-fueled Street Fighter streams when he was still on Twitch.

Also, Rekieta was approached a few years back, when he had a [much] smaller audience, about doing a stream with black dood, but neither ever followed up on it. Only real lore masters I'd trust for an accurate retelling of the Darksdafil Mythos would be either SoapQueen or eddyb.

Simple, the lure of easy money for doing nothing has turned Tevin into DSP

I wanna know how much influence third party information from trolls has on the decision of anyone relevant in the bankruptcy case

with dsp's recent "you guys are trying to get me in trouble", I think nancy has told him what info is being sent to her, and he has pigsplained/debunked it

It's a doggy dog world and the clock doesn't strike twice in the same spot or some shit. It hurts the soul when you have to admit even Phil is even a smidge of right about things like Tevin "riding coattails" and now making the e-z money.

Tevin has been doing this for awhile so he knows Dave well and provides his prestream with more than just pure Phil, which is a draw for some. Motherfucker turned lazy, though. At least he does Amber Lynn stuff which I never knew existed until I tuned into one of those.

At least Nick here has some good information on things in the real adult human bean world, because there's a lot you could learn if you have never been through these types of thing, but at the same time it's really networking. He pays attention to what his viewers come to see and I appreciate a good hustle in trying to climb the streamer network ladder because honestly, this might become a huge goldmine for him if he's starting to actually go down the rabbit hole of DSP here.

You gotta understand, man. Listening to DSP say something and then pausing and repeating the same sentence in a mocking tone for 7 hours is some serious business.
Bonus points if you're treated as some sort of moral authority on the basis of simply being "chill".

I've never been a fan of Tevin, I just feel as if he's really boring to listen to. He sounds just like the quartering. However, It's not as if most people would do anything different. I mean, who wouldn't want to rake in some nice cash just by shitting on some faggot who does stupid streams?

I've tried listening but his soundboard quickly forces the tab to be closed. Often there are 3 or 4 voices talking at the same time for extended periods. He also seems to enjoy when people submit tips or superchats that triggers the text-to-speech engine to fry his audience's hearing.

"clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face clown face............"

When Tevin would do his dives into shtreems and videos of days past, he would be legitimately entertaining. He'd dip into lost lore, stuff people forgot about, and offer amusing commentary on stuff. With his recent couple years of re-shtreems.... It's been boring as fuck, as well as annoying with all the text to speech....

Fucking ninja'd by @SaidNoOneEver

It took Tevin not willing to stream with Nick for people to finally admit what's been obvious for over 2 years, Tevin is only doing Phil shit for easy money and he's basically turned into a much nicer likable beggar than Phil.

I made that same comment in the General DSP thread a few months ago and got quite a few people pissed.

At this point, Tevin has become as opportunistic as Dark when it comes to providing low effort content for maximum revenue. It's become lazy commentary; nothing relevant or new is being said; he even stopped doing the non-stream videos which were truly what defined Tevin.

I don't entirely blame the guy because I do believe watching trash content like DSP's every day for years must have some form of psychological impact but I don't feel bad for a guy who is profitting from trash content while shitting on it at the same time. I believe the use of the word "hypocrite" is what caused a bit of an issue. But I still stick to what I originally said.

I would like to get an idea of good example vs. bad example in regards to how someone, in the exact same position as DSP, would've assigned their personal vs. business assets.

First I wouldn't have committed perjury about them.

Second, some time when the bankruptcy was coming I would have dumped as much money as possible into upgrading all my gear to the absolute best I could justify. Then I'd do some marathon content with all this stuff. And I'd retire all my other already depreciated stuff into my personal possessions and at least for the time, use the new stuff purely for business.

Then I'd actually have the expenses I was claiming on the bankruptcy, I'd have new gear to do my stuff, and I'd have a couple hundred hours of high kwality kahntent and some earned money proving this was actually legitimate purchases purchased according to prudent business judgment. So I'd have a reasonably good argument for why they shouldn't just kick me out of bankruptcy and I'd have a plausible Chapter 13 plan if things didn't go well.

And absolute worst case I'd be doing my work on cool new toys instead of the absolute garbage DSP uses.
