I don't think most IRL activities (namely rallies) are effective for the far-left or far-right, at least in America.
The problem with Unite The Right (UTR) is that they thought they could hold a right-wing rally in a liberal state and a liberal city. Had it been held in a conservative state and conservative city, an incident like James Fields/Heather Heyer wouldn't have happened. I haven't read about Field's case because I don't care, but the police handled the situation poorly from the start regarding crowd control, etc. The government gave them a permit for a rally, then revoked it, etc.
Roads should have been blocked off to regular traffic besides exiting the city in almost all circumstances. They should have clearly separated the rally's supporters and detractors.
Besides the Fields/Heyer ordeal, the optics weren't particularly bad. I'm sure there was more obscure symbology, but the go to example/photo of UTR bad optics is a guy with a NSDAP flag. His flag looked brand new (it had creases still, like it was brand new) and to my knowledge the man that had it has never been doxed. Which is extremely odd because his face is distinctly visible and the photo of him was used in basically every news article about the event. You'd think he would have been one of the first people doxed. If he has been, I'd loved to be corrected because I've always wondered who that guy is.
I wouldn't classify either of them as "grifters."
I think Charlie Kirk, Hunter Avallone, etc. are grifters. I don't think Ben Shapiro is a grifter either. Like him or hate him, he's been fairly consistent in his positions over the years.
Fuentes' is different than TRS in a big way: TRS doesn't try to hide their genuine opinions under "irony" and Nick does, particularly so since the Groyper War.
I'm skeptical that Fuentes believes the GOP/Trump are viable avenues for the positions he holds. It seems like he went back into MAGA mode during/after the Groyper War. Particularly when Kirk started calling out Groypers at his events as not actually supporting Trump because Trump has done X, Y, Z things that the Groypers don't actually support, such as all Trump's actions regarding Israel.
Nick has poor judgement when it comes to friends (see: Baked Alaska). It wasn't smart of him to think that "irony" could be used as a shield against the press.
Pat Buchanan (one of Nick's idols) hasn't said anywhere near the controversial shit that Nick has, and he was labeled a Nazi by the press, and also by Donald Trump.
JD is on Twitter and TikTok. He gets banned all the time and usually comes back within the next day or so. His last Twitter username I know of is "ontheappj_d," but he's been temporarily restricted within the last few days, so he's probably got another one.
I think JD's beliefs are sincere. From what I've gathered, he's from West Virginia, religious, and isn't fond of the Juden. He's musically talented and has posted many videos of him singing and playing piano at church. I'm not sure if he's Catholic, though. His church videos seemed very Protestant-esque. He's done live videos on Twitter where he dropped hard Ks.
Quick explainer for those who haven't read the older pages of this thread, the Twitter user "AmericaFirstJew" first made his appearance during the Groyper War when he asked Charlie Kirk a question while wearing a Bernie Sanders kippah. I watched the event via a DLive live stream that had Azzmador and Andrew Anglin. When Anglin saw him ask the question, he didn't think the guy was genuinely a Jude. Soon after, he surfaced under the username "AmericaFirstJew" on Twitter, and while he's definitely not a Sander's supporter, from all indicators, he's a Jude.
I hadn't really thought about the guy in a while until KiwiJoe's comment, but I just looked on Twitter to see if I could find him.
It looks like his "AmericaFirstJew" Twitter account was banned in January 2020, but he's got a new one that's "AmericaFirstJ." It's a private account, though.
As to whether they're actually accepted by AmNats, it's hard to speculate. I'd say definitely yes for JD. Historically speaking, White Nationalists and Black Nationalists have bonded over the JQ. Current forms of Black Nationalism (namely Nation of Islam) aren't really targeted at younger, (especially Christian) black people. Hoteps are, but they don't have the sheer online presence and numbers that people like Nick and his friends do, though. I'm also not sure if Hoteps are religious (namely Christian) either.
In regards to AmericaFirstJew, I think he's accepted by AmNats, but it's an extremely thin line, and I'd say he's used in the same way Charlie Kirk uses his based black, homosexual, MAGA friend Rob Smith. For a while, AmNats tried to pressure AmericaFirstJew into converting to Catholicism. One of Nick's close friends, JoeTheBoomer, has a podcast called The Daily Brapp. I recall a stream they did late last year where he was talking to AmericaFirstJew and trying to convert him to Catholicism. Mind you, AmNats believe that Trump's Chosen People are a race, so even if he converted, if he ever dissented with their group think, they would just attribute that to him being a Jude. A black guy like JD doesn't really have that issue.
