Microsoft's incompetence doesn't excuse Sony's incompetence. Microsoft had a few GAMES like Halo which at the time were fun enough for people to run the gauntlet of faulty hardware for, and the 18 month headstart gave it an install base advantage.

What I can say is my enjoyment with Naughty Dog games peaked with Uncharted 2 and took a nosedive with The Last of Us. Changing characters midway through, Abby, it being a revenge plot, the fight at the end (Difference being Ellie doesn't die but that could EASILY be a revision thing), the whole ending ending in people going off to kill Abby, Abby being the one to kill Joel, Hell even Abby leaving feeling it wasn't worth it.

All of this aligns perfectly (With the sole exception of Ellie not dying, which is an easy, cheap revision)

Even in an investigation, the first would be questioning the employees attached to the game. And yes, Naughty Dog has a history of this and we are in troubling times right now with the virus....people are on edge even more. Didn't Naughty Dog recently lose like 70 employees in a short span of time? You usually don't see this type of turnover unless there is downsizing due to bankruptcy or due to poor working conditions.

And I don't even care why the employee did it, let's just label it a moral gray area like a Naughty Dog story and enjoy watching their downfall from afar.
