There are similar things to acid such as nbome (often passed off as LSD) which will not work if you swallow it. Actual LSD does not get destroyed when it enters your stomach.

Also drugs are bad.

Likely a pill or something. Maybe an opiate although that wouldn't really affect your ability to stream too badly unless you took enough to zonk out. Maybe an extacy pill.
