The general thing I think is that most Furries are repressed, young men who are looking for a community to fit into. The Left-wing side of social media has always been stronger than the right, and with the amount of crusading and ousting done many of them fall into left-leaning echo chambers. People like Deotasdevil, Vexwerewolf and more call out things constantly, and its easy to get on board with something like that as a part of the mob.

Whereas on the other side you have... Foxler.... yikes. You can see why.

Over time the community radicalizes further than call-outs, de-platforming and calls for "Eat the rich" "Guillotine the Rich" and as you saw earlier in this thread targeting random dudes on Twitter that happen to have their own earned money to spend. BE A FURRY - You have to be a furry and have at least 1 fursona
Do NOT be horny - This means you cannot be cum brained. If you are cum brained you are banned, no Gross minds allowed.
Do NOT have an evil mind - You must not have an evil mind. What exactly evil means is determined by our senior council.
Be nice - You have to be nice to us that’s it. If you’re ever evil or mean to us you’re out.

Screening Process Explained


NCFWANW will do intense screenings of every applicant. This screening process is made up of multiple steps and will be the ultimate test of your dedication to the cause of making furries cool and not weird.

The first step in screening will be a personal interview with one or more of our senior members, these members are experts at sensing the mental vibrations given off by people and will be able to determine your true intentions.

The second screening process is an investigation into your social media. We will go through all of your social media to see what you are posting and liking to make sure you are not horny or weird.

The final step of the screening will be an interview with a non-furry third party. This is to insure that the verification process is free from any clouded judgement.

If you fail any step of the screening you will be banned from applying to the organization for 6 months. We will give you a detailed report as to why you failed.

NOTE: There is an “M Clause” for members which allows them to be TASTEFULLY horny. You can be horny but in a non-gross and respectful way.

Haven't seen it mentioned yet but Confuzzled has made a statement about what they plan to do in lieu of COVID-19. The TL;DR is that they aren't cancelling the con yet but are waiting for advice from the UK Board of Health.

Personally, I feel like continuing is a bad idea. Cons in general are just a breeding ground for disease. Everyone I've ever known who's gone to any convention has complained about " Con Flu " after getting back. Adding the facts that-
A: it's a convention which brings in people from all over Europe and some parts of the US and
B: Furries are notoriously unhygienic
This is basically a ticking bio-bomb waiting to go off.
