now with OSHA’s 50lb requirement
What in the fuck? How would you even functionally do construction? Are you not allow to use a 75 pound electric buster in the US?

I really can't stand NextDoor, wherein there are nanny-staters who state "rules are rules," and can't abide the fact that two mutually-consenting parties might agree to a business transaction in the form of a haircut, taking place in someone's home. These people label anyone consenting to such a transaction as "far-right." Apparently, people don't understand how a haircut can help job interviews, and how some people can't give themselves haircuts without butchering their hair. Coincidentally, I found one of these specimens begging for a building contractor during the "stay-at-home" order.
I enjoy the hypocrisy immensely.
Run, run as fast as you canI'm salivating at the thought of the first publicized story of a Corona snitch getting the shit beaten out of them, and no legal repercussions happening.
Hey, the government did suggest to wear a mask after all....
I hate to be saying that but here we are.
Rules are rules, except with Immigration. Note how the invoke the Rule of Law after having trashed it for years by declaring Sanctuary States and cities. I don’t think you can put the toothpaste back in the tube now.I'm salivating at the thought of the first publicized story of a Corona snitch getting the shit beaten out of them, and no legal repercussions happening.

Level with me, people. How bad is this second wave going to be. Are we going to be put in another lockdown in a couple of months?
I think 0.1 is a bit low. Maybe in some areas that have a Specific strain. My guess is 0.4Now, I been trying to find decent data, but what it looks like is that the IFR is 0.1% to 0.4% , and it is pretty much exclusively killing the old and sick.
Not north of the wall. The sun isn’t strong enough here for a good part of the year. Loads of Brits areNo, just go outside for an hour a day and you will have enough Vitamin D...
Have any of you been tested yet? That shit hurts like a bitch. Felt like I had an ice cream headache for like 15 minutes.
In other news, some restuarants are adding surchhages of approximatelt 5% to their bills as a "COVID-19" surchage to address increasing food/supply costs. Some people are ok with it if they know in advance. In other places where it was an unexpected line item, the fee has been quite unpopular even when patrons are sympathetic. Although resturant owners in questions claim this is temporary and the surcharges will disappear when prices "return to normal," such a comment is so open-ended that it would be easy to keep the surcharge indefinitely under the guise of things never returning to normal -- akin to gas stations that started charging 10 cents a gallon extra for credit cards to recover the added processing costs when gas hit $4/gallon only to keep the extra 10 cents per gallon in place even when prices dropped back below $2.50 and haven't reached the $4 mark ever since.

There is no upside to getting tested and branded “unclean” forever. If you got it, ride it out or worst case try that HCQ that Drump’s been shilling for. By all means stay away from hospitals if you do get it.Not me, and don't plan to, voluntarily.
Looks like the ventilators sent from Russia have been shown to be a safety hazard by the Russians themselves.

Holland and Barrett are still out of my favoured Vitabiotics brand, but have plenty of other options available. Might be worth getting many months ahead in your stocks in case supplies dwindle in autumn or when this message gets wider public penetration. It costs pennies, and Kiwi lives are more important than others.
Researchers from the University of Sheffield partnered with industry to test the efficacy of vitamin D oral sprays.
The head-to-head clinical trial compared the rate of change of vitamin D status in response to a vitamin D3 (3000IU per day) dose, in both capsule and oral spray (sublingual) methods of delivery. Healthy volunteers took vitamin D over the course of six weeks in 2017 during the height of winter -- a time when many people's stores from the summer months are depleted.
Now published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition the study -- which formed part of a three-year research project -- concluded that the oral spray method of vitamin D was equally effective as taking a capsule and supported the same rate of improvement in vitamin D levels amongst the trial volunteers.

I've spent the last 7.5 weeks basically topless in the garden or exercising. This has been the best prolonged spell of perfect weather I can remember in the UK. Since March 24th we've had about 4 or 5 rainy days. I've got a nice lockdown tan, and since I've given up all semblance of personal grooming I could convincingly pass for a gypsy or tramp. My major risk isn't Corona, it's carcinoma .I don’t believe you can ingest enough Vitamin D to even come close to your body’s generation of it by sunlight exposure. Get out! Be brave!

The Dems have made voting IDs a form of racism. We're legally not allowed to have that in some places. Here's an idea for a middleground: Make fucking IDs mandatory already. Et fucking voila. Now all you need to do is link unemployment/UBI with citizenship and you don't have to worry so much about the fucking illegals comiting even more fiscal fraud. And as a side effect if you also use it for anti-voting-fraud you also stop having to worry about that shit too! Not that fucking hard to do. It's literally what everyone else is doing! I would have trouble believing a country can just trip itself over its own legislation repeatedly by adding so much convoluted shit to simple paperwork, except that this is america we're talking about. And if there's one thing you mofos are good at it's complicating basic shit, see the imperial system for reference. No I'm not gonna stop poking at that mess and yes I'm definitelly butthurt about it. I just... It astounds me how much your bureaucracy manages to stab itself. I mean, over here the UBI stuff was considered, and apparently approved so it is coming, and I still have no fucking clue how the fuck do they think this won't tank the economy, though I guess since we're spain, well you know, you can't kill what's already dead, so we might as well try. But the one thing I did not expect having to worry about is "but how do we keep illegals from accessing it without keeping lower classes out too?"... Citizen. Fucking. Registry. Every country has it. Use it. That's literally what it was made for!

MDHHS said:Regular reviews of death certificate data maintained in Vital Records reporting systems are conducted by MDHHS staff three times per week. As a part of this process, records that identify COVID-19 infection as a contributing factor to death are compared against all laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Michigan Disease Surveillance System (MDSS). If a death certificate is matched to a confirmed COVID-19 case and that record in the MDSS does not indicate the individual died, the MDSS record is updated to indicate the death and the appropriate local health department is notified. These matched deaths are then included with mortality information posted to the Michigan Coronavirus website.
Not north of the wall. The sun isn’t strong enough here for a good part of the year. Loads of Brits are
deficient in vitamin D. If you live somewhere the sun shines then 15m a day on arms and face is enough.
If you’re obese you will almost certainly be deficient in the UK. Ditto if you’re dark skinned or covered up. We actually see cases of rickets these days in areas where the women are covered. Madness.
