The first underlying crime he's tooting his busted out horn over is specifically about people secretly filming sexytimes and passing it around.

If he was secretly filmed it certainly wasn't the sunbeam that did it, the gripe would be with Preston's ex-wife and/or her production company. So that's a problem right off the bat.

Next, yes, he did bring up harassment, specifically CYBERHARRASSMENT which has its own NJ code section, so that's great. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on such a charge coming given our current set of facts.

Bias intimidation is interesting but "cuck who likes getting his cheeks busted by his wife's strapon" is not a protected class for the purposes of this.

CYBERHARRASSMENT and bias intimidation are the only two things that even seem feasible to collect facts to the end of bringing a charge on, and I say that only because I'm not fucking signing up for westlaw to research case law on this over some obvious bullshit that isn't going anywhere because the law is not enforced by autistic law robots, and everyone involved in the process gets paid by the hour.

Reminder:
The police need to care enough to expend resources gathering evidence, to the exception of other things they could be gathering evidence about.

They then need to spend resources compiling that evidence for the DA, again to the exception of other things they could be compiling and sending to the DA.

The DA then needs to look at the evidence and, to the exception of other things they could bring before the court, say:

"yes, I feel like using the court's time to present a shakey case that a fat man with hair as white as his monster energy drink told some people online about some commercial porno videos where a Texan cuck gets his cheeks blown out by his wife's strapon, which I will with a straight face tell the judge is not only cyber-harassment but also bias intimidation despite the supposed victim being whiter than the driven snow and not one of Trump's Chosen"

I think you're going to be disappointed. When a DA decides not to charge somebody (Preston is citing a criminal statute), they usually don't make a three ring circus out of it. If it is taken before a grand jury, you can get a "no bill," but I doubt very much there's anything to take before a grand jury.
