I've mentioned a congolese friend/co-worker in other threads, and he has a great deal of culture clash with american blacks. Most of the ones he's worked with ask him what he considers very ignorant questions about Africa and he strongly dislikes their fetishization or idealized misinformation about the continent. American blacks in turn find his accent charming, but consider him an outsider and treat him like a rich oreo. The only thing they relate to one another is music/rap, everything else is a cultural struggle as bad as the light-skin/dark-skin discrimination they normally deal with amongst themselves.
Black are more tribal in a literal and not overtly racist context than you would ever believe. When a white Texan and a white Boston resident meet, yeah they might have a few jokes about each other's accents but that's pretty much it. All the extreme racism died out in the 70s when All In The Family finished lampooning it all and italians and pollacks were finally "integrated" into the white zeitgeist. Or maybe it was because we starting seeing more immigration from India, Asia, Middle East & the subtleties of what it was to be white dissolved when much more exotic races came in.

One thing I've always found incredibly Ironic about these types of people is the way that they revel in and obsess over history AND YET also desperately want to sanitize all history and attack any representation of old race relations. Like when assassin's creed or Battlefield decided it would be sexist/racist not to include blacks and women in places they literally never were historically. Because it would be "Bigoted" or "noninclusive" to not do so. Despite this then making it seem like everyone has always got along together and that the whole "Racism" thing in the past was clearly exaggerated.

So what happens next to these losers? The trajectory seems to be that the putsch has failed and the bigwigs are getting van'd, so the trusties will all wander off to play some hackey-sack and frisbee golf. But it's all recorded this time on the internet. Not that many of these morons worked before this whole event - but where-to next? With corporate businesses clawing at each other for clout over this shit... do they just advertise that they took part in "the fight" and go to work for these giant entities? The ones that told their job to fuck off so they could fight the man... what, they get to keep their cushy positions?
Smaller businesses would obviously be a little less comfortable with hiring on some unstable glory-chasing morons that proudly espouse their lack of foresight or patience, but smaller businesses are anyways dying out from the coof and cultural enrichment in many of these areas. Was this all just an effort to further engorge the business class and create new serfs among these trusties whilst keeping blacks in squalor for future use as a 'distract public ire from us' card?
