Good post, but I think at least a few of them will be identified and charged. I’m no lawyer-man, but something about “any harmful crimes to another person commited during a felony” or something being charged with more severity.

I think the video of the other rioter talking about the statue smashing said the guy was helping pull down the statue too.
Of course these dumbasses didn’t know the statue was going to be removed in a matter of months due to the legislative process started years ago.
