There's actually a ton of info about fentanyl, but ok.
Its thought the gas is a substance called Kolokol-1, which got shut down by the Russian government right fucking quick, which is comprimsed of fentanyl derivatives in a base of general anesthesia. They did gas chromatography on other victims which registered Carfentanil (an opoioid elephant tranquelizer) and other opioid metabolites.
It is 100% an opioid derived knock-out agent. Its composition is a state secret, but we know what it is comprised of. And the opioid composition doesn't matter, narcan would have worked and saved people no matter its constituency. They didn't do it at the time because they didn't want to give it away. That and they legit did not give a fuck.
What is known is this: Its main constituent was very OBVIOUSLY opioid derived. The Russian government wanted to keep this a secret so it didn't tell anybody shit. Because Russians don't care about optics.

Theres so much wrong with this picture I don't even know where to start. Just at a glance I can tell that the spacing is horribly inefficient, hell it looks like they just randomly put shit in the ground so theres no consideration on companion planting. It looks like they just dumped soil on top of the grass so not only will they have to deal with the grass peaking through, once the plants start growing and their roots dig down they'll become stunted from the shitty park soil just a few inches down. There is no mulch so a heavy rain will wash away most of the soil and if that doesn't happen then they'll have a hellish experience with weeds.
I'll stop before my gardening autism kicks in and I write a small essay on why these idiots deserve to starve.

I hope they plants are actually in the ground and the cardboard and potting compost is just to keep the weeds down, otherwise the first good rain they get is going to wash everything away.
