Druckmann once made this pretentious speech about female representation and having the first female character in videogames who isn't sexualized and even showed pictures of other female characters and just claiming his would be better. Now not only he sexualized Ellie with that little lesbo scene with whatsherface but also made one of the nastiest sex scenes in videogame history, what a way to create those "role models" huh? Guy has no self-awareness, he claims he almost made a misogynistic game but that was not true, he actually made it with this shit.

I'm watching xQcOW's stream of this game on Twitch.

They announced in that three hour video that we saw last week that Mel found out she was pregnant.

From what I saw on the stream, Mel is like 6-8 months pregnant. So there's a giant timeskip.

Also, apparently that second trailer we saw where Abby got strung up and Yara got her arm broken happened AFTER Joel was killed because it sounds like Yara just got her arm amputated. So it's not even a "here's how we got here story."

I also can't emphasize enough: not only does Abby's character model look like a man, she looks like a professional athlete. Most of the men at my gym aren't this muscular; it's absolutely jarring. She even runs like a person with Invisible Lat Syndrome.

When Tropes Verses Women came out, I gave it a chance. Hoped she might bring up something of interest. Nope, she misrepresents almost everything in the first episode. Gave the second episode a chance. Maybe it gets better. Nope.

Didn't think she'd have much of an impact. Naive, I know.

Destiny of all people gave the first episode a critique. A pretty decent one.

That isn't even a true statement, there's tons of games out there that don't "sexualize" female characters. Ironically enough it's games like Druckmann's trash heap that are the ones "sexualizing women" with these godawful sex scenes.

Anita's influence on this game is really fucking ironic considering she complained about gratuitous violence against women in games and female characters being "men with tits". Maybe all is forgiven thanks to Druckmann virtue signaling about woke shit (while cooming to snuff and women getting beaten up, but they're ignoring that). Or Abby doesn't count as a man with tits type character because she doesn't even have tits.

Sure Cuckman is listening too her, but would he have made a good game anyways? Would Anthem Be Good if she weren't around? Would Mass Effect Andromeda?

These people would be making Garbage with or without her "help" The Last of Us as a franchise dying isn't a major impact, it had one Mediocre game during the height of The Popularity of The Walking Dead, It rode the Coattails of another franchise for 2 games and will vanish into the Aether because the second one was handed to an incompetent ass kissing twat because everyone who made the studio good left after their actual Franchise (Nathan Drake) ended.
