This is actually a little disappointing. Between the entertainment value of watching these idiots fail at being autonomous and them causing more harm than good for their cause, it's actually a bit of a shame to see the zone brought to an end.
At least we were able to have some laughs along the way.

For spain best place to start would be Ibáñez. The most prolific and well known comics author of our country. I would recommend the basic bitch option of going with "Mortadelo y Filemon", they are the most famous characters for a reason! 13 Rue del Percebe is also endlessly enjoyable although those were made to be singe page joke compilations, they don't really tell full stories, and Rompetechos is Mr Magoo but constantly angry.
Other than that, for more superhero specific stuff from other authors, there's "Super Lopez", the superman analogue and "Anacleto, Agente Secreto", the 007 wannabe. And of course Torrente in film, probably the best character by Santiago Segura. Do however notice it's all comedy. I don't even think there is non-parody superheroes in spain actually. I already mentioned on other threads how it seems spanish literature has a very strong tendency towards comedy and satire and it seems superheroes are the same way. Although it may be because, well you know, fascism. It's hard to find joy reading tales of superpowered individuals spreading "the spanish way" and grinning as they slap cartoonish villains when the country's currently being filled with mass graves, famine's everywhere, the cops are literally busting doors down and shooting people for no fucking reason. No seriously, the first wave of executions by the nationalists here in Cadiz didn't even target actual republicans, it specifically targeted the local comedians, for literally no good fucking reason, it got really fucking stupid at times, and most of the population is barely above slavery in terms of human rights. But Parody? Yeah we can do that... At least the comedians that survived can anyway.

This bitch is still treating this like a political campaign and the inhabitants of CHAZ as potential voters. At the same time she's making a very half-assed appeal to the ordinary, functioning citizens of Seattle by acting like maybe it's time to think about doing something, like send a strongly worded memo. This is her response to people getting shot and killed in a lawless no-go zone that's been established in her city.
In earlier eras, leaders this corrupt and incompetent would probably end up in prison or executed for treason, not just out of a job.
The damndest part of it is that Seattle voters will probably either reelect her or vote in some batshit activist who'll be even worse. When that happens, I can definitively say that Seattle completely deserves to turn into the burning pile of trash it's already degrading into.
