They had gotten the license to Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle in early-2006, then started releasing the 12 DVD volumes with the first volume in May 2007. I think we determined the "my name wasn't on the DVD cover" spiel was over a UK release, but I'm trying to find the page on the Nick Rekieta thread (or it's in this thread from last July) where that was shown so we can get a proper date release of it. That had to have been around the same time they were dubbing Ouran High School Host Club.

Speaking of being uncredited... I don't know if anyone's connected the dots but I wonder if this obsession with removing Vic from credits has something to do with Monica being pissed about Vic being credited on the boxart for Tsubasa Reservoir.

Edit: Just guessing here but it seems like the production of copies with Vic's name was probably limited run which would explain why it's hard to track down the boxart with his name. I imagine Monica threw a bitch fit at some point until it was agreed that the name be redacted. She seemed exceptionally salty about it though. Anyway, the website has multiple volumes listed with the artwork that includes Vic's name. Vic is listed on volumes: 2. Seeds of Revolution, 3. Spectres of Legend, 5. Hunters and Prey and 6. A Wish Upon Waking.
