Youtube isn't "profitable" on paper, but makes it's money off user engagement, matches of it's algorithms, and harvesting data. Alphabet Inc isn't keeping YT running at a loss for no apparent reason; they are harvesting the info for profit like facebook does.

I'm aware of all that. Google uses YT to influence public discourse as well. Twitch is doing the same for Amazon.

If it was the latter, then where would he go? Mixer is shutting down next month, and Facebook streaming will pretty much kill off your viewership. I'm not sure how well YouTube streaming is, but given how Blizzard signed an exclusive deal with them this year, and viewership for their games plummeted, I'd say it's not much better either.

I agree that it's probably not likely to be him moving to another platform. I'm actually not sure it's even illegal too because there have been no arrests made in this scenario yet. Whatever it is, I highly doubt that his ban has anything directly to do with the content of his streams. Many platforms are crucifying people (men) for shit outside of their purview. So not only do these streaming services heavily regulate one's digital content, but have taken it upon themselves to regulate the participant's life choices and political views. If it is a legal issue, I think it's probably some kind of civil issue like a major contract breach as opposed to any kind of criminal violation since he probably would've been arrested or at least indicted by now.

Still, I think the deer tranny is behind this because they need to keep the witch hunts going and Dr. Disrespect is a perfect target given his "problematic" Ric Flair-style persona makes him a prime target, especially since he's also white and male.
