Glad to see a child molesting piece of shit taken off the streets (even though I'm sure Nick has never actually left his fucking house).

I'm not one to proudly A-Log, buuuuuut the shit he'll get in prison will never be enough to punish him for being a child molesting waste of carbon. My only hope is that the last thing we hear about old Nick was how his reprehensible shitstain of a background got out to his cellmates.

It finally happened. I guess that's how it goes when you telegraph your crime all over the internet, laughing about your predilection for children for years, and then your idea of a declaration of innocence is making a fecal masturbation video. Seems weird seeing an official news article with a well known Lolcow face on it.

It is an absolute certainty that Nick will be surrounded by people who know exactly why he is behind bars.

I don't know about that. I'd be surprised if he doesn't take a plea deal if offered one. That's the kicker though--

I honestly see the prosecutor wanting this to go to trial for this reason; it makes a really good campaign ad statistic.

That was actually my point. A prosecutor would view sending a piece of shit like Nick Bate to prison forever as a signature accomplishment.

And Nick himself has incentive to go to trial because he's basically going to go to prison forever anyway.

So this could actually end up being a trial. I hope it doesn't. But wtf?

Glad someone said it.

Prison isn't the "rape and shank pit" the media makes it out to be on average. Nick will most likely get his ass beat a bit in the first couple months, maybe lose a few of those rotten teeth, but soon enough he will learn how to keep his head down and ride out the rest of his sentence. Besides that I am sure he would seek out solitary confinement if things get out of control.

Unfortunately we won't get to hear the grizzly details of the experience for a couple decades, by the time he unleashed into the world again.
