I think its pretty accurate. YanDev himself said that games with "Simulator" in the title tend to be poorly produced, cheaply made and totally broken joke games that are just sandboxes for you to fuck around in for ten minutes and then uninstall. That's exactly what his game is now. Except Goat Simulator at least had a win condition.
