Russhole looks more like a mutant naked molerat than a beaver. Beavers are cute and fairly intelligent critters. Their pelts can be worth money, they're pretty strong for their size, and they are able to actually accomplish difficult tasks. Look at how they are able to dam up streams and rivers to completely change the landscape. It's where we get the saying "busy as a beaver". But Shit-lips is all wrinkly and gape-mouthed and so ugly even his own mother couldn't love him. Some animals eat their young if there's a problem, Russhole's mom abandoned hers when there was a problem.

First, that's the best line ever second, just read some of Russ's most vile statements if you feel sorry for him. He's utterly reprehensible and don't feel bad for him for a second.
"Beaver on Meth" will be the title of my debut album, coming soon to a streaming service near you!
I better get credit if it goes big, you can keep the money.

This isn't the first time Russell has mused on legal action against us, but Russell is all talk - the closest he came was talking to a lawyer about the book being uploaded here, who then noted that Null is too poor to have any assets worth suing for.

Although, what I imagine he is talking about is the fact that you can't record or photograph these proceedings and people obviously recorded the first hearing and have screencaps of it. If this is the case, it's a nothingburger - the state of Utah probably has more important things to do than find whoever recorded one court proceeding and give them a fine.

Though, maybe someone is fucking with him behind the scenes and calling people to mess with him IRL. Which is gay.

Knowing Russ he's probably got some twisted idea in his head that since his lawyer mentioned his "harassment" to the judge. Now the FBI is gonna get involved and they're gonna force Null to shut down his thread.

He'd have to somehow show that he was coerced into pleading no contest or didn't understand why he was pleading, which seems like a pretty high bar to clear.

He can't prove that, he made it under advice of counsel and presumably having it explained to him. If he is going to slurp and slobber that he intends to keep harassing this woman he's going straight to jail.

They probably just told him they weren't going to do shit, they have no jurisdiction over out of state Internet people and only the FBI could do that. So naturally having shit for brains he assumed they were telling him he had a case, and not what they were telling him, which is take a hike.

Might be worth an FOIA in a few months to see if the dumb son of a bitch sends the FBI a plights letter whining about people calling him shitlips and ratface and Russhole etc. etc.

If he somehow thinks he's getting out of his plea though he's dumb beyond belief. If anything they'll just go ahead and re-sentence him but to jail this time.

This is very stupid even for Russhole and you can bet this will be the last time his parents save his ass, after they obviously put this poor lawyer to the task of convincing their idiot boy to take as good a plea as he was going to get, and now the dumb fuck throws it on the ground.

If it's that it's still minor but it's still contempt of court and you can get up to six months for just the contempt part of it. Which probably won't happen but worse is it makes it really likely we don't get to see proceedings like this in the future. Ironically the client they tell you to download from their own site records by default or at least it generated a lot of junk in its own directory which I deleted when I uninstalled. Most of the clients they use for these things are terrible.

Can a state even fine you if you never even been to that state? Seriously though, if you hold a trial over the internet and have it open to the public there's going to be a few that will record a bit of it, and it will always be a problem until they invent E-Baliffs.

I think he'll talk for the rest of his days about how he was put in jail for "speaking the truth about what Taylor did." Either that, or just being nice/wanting to find out what he did wrong from Erica.

That's one of the most irritating aspects of the butternut. He keeps harassing people under the guise of "being nice" and "wanting to know what he did wrong."
It's like those people who get arrested on COPS or on Lockdown: Extended Stay. "What did I do wrong?" "What did I do wrong?" "What did I do wrong?" "What did I do wrong?" "What did I do wrong?" "What did I do wrong?" "What did I do wrong?" "What did I do wrong?"

Like a goddamn broken record. SovCit jackasses and First Amendment Auditors do it too. It's like if they do that broken record bullshit, the cops will be dazzled by fairy magic and just let them go or something.

Here's hoping the treatment aspect of this trial outcome is sufficiently intense.

This dude looks like a beaver on meth holy shit.

Truly a strange individual. I don't know if I should laugh or feel bad for his mental health.
Don't feel bad for him. This is a man who said it should be a felony for a woman to say no to him because he's disabled, and when someone mentioned that rape is still awful and damaging even when legal, his response was "she can just close her eyes."

It would be direct contempt if you did it in open court and got caught. The judge could literally summarily throw you in jail immediately. If the judge doesn't physically witness it, it's indirect contempt and they'd actually have to go to the effort of finding you and charging you, assuming they have a long-arm statute that covers it. They'd definitely have jurisdiction if, for instance, you actually hacked the site. It seems a little ambiguous when supposedly you agree not to make a copy, but then you're actually using software that creates a copy, transmits it over the Internet and plays it on your own computer.

Phew just got caught up, thank you all for the awesome info dumps and transcripts.
I love that the law is actually looking into and taking into consideration his long history of this same behavior. I know there's a lot of debate about whether court ordered therapy would help (and personally I assume like most of our cows on here he just wouldn't go) but I think it'd be good to just have it on his record that he was told to go.
We may have a full record of his online"paper trail" but that can be a mess to dig through if you're not well versed with the forums. Having "oh shit this dude is nuts" in big red ink on his legal record will save a lot of time when his next target brings their grievances to the court.

Also guys, I think us old fags are already screwed with the FBI since Russ has had all our mugshots for years now. No doubt we were named and put under surveillance years ago. This case is just the excuse they've been waiting for to finally make their move.
Time to stop putting off that "vacation" to Mexico I suppose.
That or Russ is just looking for ANY way to spin this recent case into a win for him somehow and this is all his rodent mind could come up with. Even he can't figure out how to make himself the victim, so once again he'll blame us for "making" him do bad shit by stressing him out and causing anxiety, you know, the same anxiety that had him plotting a school shooting (not his fault) and spamming Bailee with messages about having a fake BF (not his fault).

What "very scary" thing is he referring to? Is he blaming us for his legal woes?

You didn't get the memo? Last Friday was our annual "make the lights flicker wherever Russ is" event.
On a serious note; we'll probably hear at least a few more times about him being "scared" because he just heard Erika use that same argument and gained favour/sympathy from the courts. He'll no doubt throw it out a few times to test the waters before either forgetting about it or incorporating it in his next lawsuits.

So, countdown to Kiwis in Black Jettas?

Don't forget it also made him accuse a hooker of having AIDS and thus it was illegal for Hof to ban him because you can't hold him accountable for anything he does because he's anxious.
